Had an amazing with the whole staff they got my tooth taken care off in an amazing timely manner it was fast. Awesome experience definitely recommended.

Had amazing service, and a great treatment with an amazing price! All the staff were super friendly and always helpful!

The doctor is gone and left me with braces. The staff are now threatening to send me to collections for non payment. But who in their right mind will pay for services that were never received!!! In September the dr told me he needed to fix my brackets since they were misplaced and causing my teeth to go crooked. They wouldn't allow me to make an appt and they would call me. Well they knew the dr was leaving!!! That is why Rosa their secretary jumped off she knew they were going down hill! It's days away from December still no call and my bottom teeth have become worse then when I went in. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This place is terrible. I do not recommend ANYONE go here. If you are looking for a RELIABLE and affordable orthodontist, might I suggest Cook Orthodontics. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these idiots. They threatened to send me to collections bc I didn't pay them for services they FaILED to provide. They said it was owed for services rendered. Hahaha what a joke. The office manager is a b and needs training in customer service. They fraudulently charged my insurance for 2 visits when we weren't seen. So if you were seen here from sep last year, check your insurance statement because I'm positive they kept charging them when they refused to see the patient.

Called to see if they could help fix my retainer since I just moved here, said they couldn't help me because I was not a patient. Guess I will never be a patient here.

The Dr in this office is RARELY seen and the women in this office mainly front office are VERY unprofessional! They tend to speak about personal drama in their lives, using foul language as patients mostly children are in the room. They also talk badly about patients they leave. I will NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

Everytime I come in to my appointment I have a wonderful experience.Staff is awesome .My assistant Cora R.just makes me feel comfortable.I love how they make you feel so comfortable with my braces.
