My permanent retainer broke so I needed an appointment asap. They were able to get me in so quickly. Everyone there was so kind. I will definitely be going back for any further orthodontic work I might need in the future!

We were in Cortez on vacation and our daughter ran out of orthodontic rubber bands. Considering it a long shot, we stopped by Neon/Orthodontics Inc. and asked if they could help us out. They were super friendly and professional, and made sure we got bands she needed. This was a big relief for us and we'd definitely be happy to take our kids back if we lived there!

This office is amazing. I broke a lingual permanent retainer wire on a road trip and made an appointment to get it fixed while away from home (a little nerve racking, but not as bad as being poked in the mouth multiple times a day). The doc and staff were super friendly and quick to understand the situation. He tried bonding the wire back into place, but we found it just wasn't going to work. Instead he clipped the offending wire, made sure it wasn't pokey anymore, and talked with me about retainer use and what symptoms to look for in the coming months to see if it needed to be replaced. AND THEN they tried to do it all for free, even though I took up an appointment spot AND they fixed my problem. I insisted, and they let me pay... being able to eat without pain and anxiety would have been worth SO much more than we settled on. 4 months later (I meant to write this earlier) and everything is still in good shape. No issues and no need to replace the clipped wire. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
