Dr. Lia Baros is a Colorado native. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado in Boulder before going on to the Dental School at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
After attaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, she went on to practice as a dentist with her father in Colorado Springs for three years. She came back to Denver to complete a post-doctoral specialty program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She has been practicing orthodontics since 2008.
Dr. Baros is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and the Metro Denver Dental Society.
Her hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, golfing, playing tennis, cooking and smiling! She married her amazing husband, Bryan, in 2012. She is a very proud step-mom to her amazing, twelve-year-old, step-son, Trevor. She is also a proud momma of a crazy and fun, two-year-old little boy, Wylder. They love spending time as a family and sharing their house with their 3 miniature dachshunds Phoebe, Wooderson & Nutmeg!
