A native of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dr. Revels graduated from Ponca City Senior High School in 1992. After graduation, Dr. Revels furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with distinction in 1997 with a bachelors degree in Health and Sports Sciences and a minor in Zoology in preparation for dental school. He was accepted into the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1997 and later that year appointed as an officer in the U.S. Navy Dental Officer program. In 2001, Dr. Revels received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was awarded the AAO award for excellence in orthodontic studies.

After completion of his doctoral degree, Dr. Revels completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center in Great Lakes, Illinois. In 2002, he transferred to the Naval Air Station in San Diego where he was assigned to the U.S.S. Constellation CV-64 aircraft carrier. Dr. Revels deployed overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He returned home in June of 2003 and finished his tour at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar.

Once his tour of duty with the Navy was finished, Dr. Revels began his orthodontic training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In 2006, he received his Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics. Upon graduation, Dr. Revels returned to Norman where he joined the practice of Orthodontics Exclusively and received his board certification in 2006 from the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Revels and his wife, Dr. Stacy Revels, live in Norman, Oklahoma with their two sons, Blaine and Blake. Dr. Stacy Revels is a general dentist and maintains a private practice in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Their hobbies include travel, lake life and following OU & OSU athletics. Dr. Revels and his family are members of St. Lukes United Methodist Church of Oklahoma City.

Dr. Gabriela Restuccia is originally from Venezuela. After graduating from High School in Caracas she came to Norman, OK for the first time and enrolled for a year at the Center for English as a Second Language at OU to study English. She went back home and attended the Central University of Venezuela School of Dentistry. Since her Freshman year of Dental School she discovered her passion for teaching and became a Teaching Assistant for three years with the Department of Human Anatomy.

She graduated from Dental School in 2011 with Magna Cum Laude honors. After graduation she became a Professor in the Department of Human Anatomy and worked in Private Practice as a general dentist for two years. In 2013 she came back to Oklahoma to start her residency in Orthodontics at the University of Oklahoma-School of Dentistry where Dr. Shannon was one of her part-time instructors. The Department of Orthodontics only accepts one international student every three years.

During her time in residency she took all the National Board Dental Examinations, and the written examination with the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Restuccia received her certificate of specialty in Orthodontics and a Masters of Science degree in May of 2006.

She is very excited to have joined Dr. Shannon and Dr. Revels at Orthodontics Exclusively, and has also accepted a position as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Oklahoma.

She lives in Norman, OK with her sister Anna. Dr. Restuccia enjoys during voluntary work on Sundays at St. Joseph Catholic Church where she is a Catechist. She loves the fall, a cup of Venezuelan coffee, and a good book!

A native of Cromwell, Oklahoma, Dr. Shannon graduated from Butner High School in 1987 as valedictorian. After serving one year of active duty training in the U.S. Naval Reserves, Dr. Shannon furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma with pre-dental and business studies. Dr. Shannon was accepted into the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1992 where he later graduated with distinction in 1996. Upon receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Shannon was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honorary Society and received the following awards:

Dr. Shannon went on to complete his orthodontic training at the University of Oklahoma in 1998 where he received his certificate of specialty in orthodontics and a Masters of Science degree. After graduation, Dr. Shannon returned to Norman where he began his fellowship with Dr. C. Dow Miller. Dr. Shannon also served as part-time faculty at the University Of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

Dr. Shannon received his board certification in 2006 from the American Board of Orthodontics. Only 1 in 3 orthodontists in the state achieve this distinction. He was also inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Dental Academy and voted the Best Dentist/Orthodontist in Norman.

Dr Shannon has served as part-time clinical faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry Department of Graduate Orthodontics since 2009, and co-hosts a Spear Interdisciplinary Study Club for local dentist and dental specialist. To keep abreast of the latest developments in orthodontic care, Dr. Shannon attends continuing education courses on a regular basis, works with orthodontic suppliers in developing new products and speaks both locally and nationally on innovative orthodontic mechanics.

Dr. Shannon and his wife, Tisha, live in south Norman with their four children, Berkley, Paisley, Landry and Emery. Their hobbies include: traveling, soccer, baseball, golf, enjoying the company of good friends, following OU athletics and time with his family. Dr. Shannon and his family are members of the Timbercreek Fellowship church in Norman.
