An agreement was made regarding my boys ortho, but they broke their refund promise once we decided to continue with another provider. Let's just say, Dr. Trammel's wife, who heads the front office, is not going to win any Ms. Congeniality contests any time soon. Do what you want but I say stay away!

Customer service has really has decreased since Dr. Trammell retired. The office staff is rude and argumentative appointments are rarely on time and often 15-20 minutes of waiting before you are seen.

A real lack of customer service and no follow up on legitimate questions we had. Had many difficulties with the financial manager and she was more than willing to let me know she was the smarter person in the room. We moved on to another orthodontist and so glad we did. Think twice before coming here - buyer beware!

All the ladies in the office are wonderful! I felt very self conscious as an adult getting braces, but they are always so excited to see the progress from appointment to appointment. It made me feel so good about my decision and I couldn't ask for a better care team.

I had a terrible experience with the front office person named Trisha. Rude every visit even though we paid thousands of hard earned dollars her employer.

I can't say enough about Dr Trammell and his crew. From the front office to the intake appointments and Dr Trammell himself, I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for always making my son's visit a great experience.

Dr Trammell and his staff are amazing!! We have gone to both the Albany office and Corvallis office and the experience is always the same!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. As this is not my job I have a lot of questions when it comes to what is being done to my daughter. Dr Trammell took me back with my daughter and took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going to be done. Jocelyn and the whole staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this orthodontist to everyone!!

Dr. Trammell is the best orthodontist! Always have a pleasant experience in his office. I highly recommend this office if looking into braces for yourself or children.

How often can one say they love to go for their orthodontist appointment? Dr. Trammell and staff made the experience a pleasure. His professionalism and perfectionism gave me a smile I'm proud of. My braces are now off, my smile great and with enthusiasm I would encourage anyone to see Dr. Trammell for their orthodontic needs.

No doubt about it Dr. Trammell and His staff are the best around, they have always been professional, courteous and caring to our daughter. When our daughter was kicked in the face by her horse , the Trammels were our first phone call in route to the hospital. They met us there and coordinated all her medical care with the best medical professionals. Dr, Curt is so well respected and works so well with clients, families and professionals. He is simply the best at what he does and he and his whole staff came alongside us and took personal care even checking in regularly through the 3 1/2 years of procedures. This is the orthodontist office you can trust to stay on top of the newest treatments and technology. They are tried and true!

Dr Trammell and his staff are the most efficient, fun and results focused orthodontics treatment team that I and my children could have hoped for. I personally had treatment in my 40's and he still checks in with me nearly 15 years later. Truly wonderful and caring people. Not one glitch in scheduling, treatment or results.
