I can start off with if you are looking for any orthodontist never come here under any circumstances..unless you deal well with rudeness. A big white old lady checked me out and was very rude and after I left out the door I guess she thought I was gone and she started talking about me I noticed when I walked in and she tried to play it off. She was talkin to the pregnant lady behind the desk. (3 months ago) I was gonna leave that behind but when it came to me transferring the would act as if they was going to do it but didn't and when we called today they said they can only mail it when the could have given it to me when I was there.

Asked about transferring. The 99 year old that answered the phone was very, very rude and also hung up on me!! Would not recommend. There are far more professional places to go

I missed a few appointments but they was nice enough to give me one more chance. That was nice of them to do

The best and most affordable price for my family. I got an estimate from the other popular orthodontist here in Jackson (the one with 3 letters in it's name), and also from Orthodontic Specialty Group which was about $1000 lower. Great service from the doctor and friendly staff, my daughter loves it there. I recommend this place for braces.

The staff is always friendly, smiling, and polite! Everyone is able to answer any questions I have about my braces process. I am always in and out in a timely, but not rushed manner!
