I went to this office after Dr. B retired and sold his practice and seen Dr. Olivera. I must say I was far from happy or comfortable with him. I went to this office two times, once for my x-rays/photos and the second one for him to discuss what 'plan' we could create to give me the perfect smile after reviewing my x-rays and photos. My teeth are slightly crowded and for years and years I have been told I am a great candidate for Invisalign and should move forward with it. When I finally got the courage to go to the orthodontist again and proceed forward with orthodontics to have the perfect smile again I was crushed. Dr. Olivera gave me one option and said I only had the one option that there was nothing else he could suggest or do. This option was to pull two teeth (healthy teeth at that and not extras)- one being right in the front of my mouth. I am in my twenties and with my career in Management I need to deal with people day to day so this was not an option considering it was not needed. My primary dentist suggested I get further opinions since he didn't agree as well, which I did...months and months later after being devastated. Every single orthodontist I went to see for another opinion has suggested I use Invisalign and that there was no reason to pull any of my teeth. Finally about 10 months later I have placed a deposit down for my Invisalign with a well known orthodontist. I would highly suggest getting further opinions rather than going with this office/orthodontist. I was willing to pay my deposit and get things moving with him until his 'plan' blind sided me and he wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. If I could rate this with no stars I absolutely would. I have been told all he wanted to do was get a full 2 year+ treatment out of me by his decision.
