Very unprofessional, unable to let them know what days work for you, they send out what ever time they want to give you, they don't answer the phone but when they do, the attitude is horrible. I've been going there for about 3 years, I went last month they said "your braces were supposed to be off this month" but no one told me to start my rubber bands no nothing. Overall this office has poor customer service!

The staff is Rude and unprofessional, I went there to get a quote on braces and the ladie told me to wait in the small waiting room in the back , while my son and talks to the dentist. I asked why i couldnt go in there and she gave me attitude and said The dentist will be with you in a few minturtes " and I asked again and she talked to the Dentist and he refused to let me go in the room. The Dentist doesn't want parents in the room because he doesnt want parents to interupt and ask questions while he is examining my sons mouth/teeth . I took my money and business elsewhere.

The staff is great the Dr. Is horrible he is rude inexperienced and is not equipped to treat a patient that is not a typical case. After spending over 6000 out of pocket and after almost 3 years the teeth are still not right. The ortho said "it's good enough". I was shocked!!!

Every visit is a 5 Stars Experience. The whole staff is really accommodating. I have a really busy schedule and they always work with me to make my appointments happen. Thank you so much to Elianna, Madelaine and to Cheryl. You guys rock!!!! Your hard work and dedication is appreciated. :)

Every-time I have an appointment the staff is AMAZING! They always make you laugh and make you feel right at home. They have always been super flexible with my appointments and grateful I chose the right place to get my perfect smile!

I highly recommend this place for braces. The customer service is perfect, they help you right away in a nicely way. Every staff member is sweet to you. I'm usually assisted by Cheryl and she is adorable and funny, she always make me feel comfortable and welcome.

Best office! Great treatment. I receive soo many compliments and my confidence is beyond the through thanks to Orthodontist's Specialist of Florida South Tampa location. They also provided me with a low cost payment plan with NO INTEREST!!!! The staff is beyond amazing especially Ms. Elianna, Ms. Madelaine & Ms. Cheryl.
