They have been wonderful with my daughter throughout her treatment. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long to be seen and getting an appointment at a time that's convenient for me has never been a problem.

I love my orthodontic center (North Tampa, 2018-2021). There are many pros; what initially drew my attention here was the price, $129 monthly is great for me as a college student. It is always clean and business is swift, the front desk professionals are accommodating and amicable. I started with Dr. Don Dau who was fantastic and ever handsome, so much so that I was saddened by his leave. That grief (yes, grief) came to a resolution with the embarkment of Dr. Alan's journey at the North Tampa location. He is now the principal orthodontist (and has been for some time--I am only now writing this), whom of which is very intelligent and relays everything in layman's terms. Even more important, he is eye candy as well! Cons: He has to wear a face mask I'm very satisfied with this facility and I hope that I will remember to return and post before & after pictures here.

I want to give a 5 star thank you to Star at the front desk of the Dale Mabry location, who always answer my questions and concerns professionally and genuinely. She has went over and beyond to help me get answers and understanding regarding insurance and payments, truly making our visits to this office consistantly stress free. Thank you for being you and shining as a bright that you are.
