I've been coming here for about 3 years and I can only think of good things to say. Every visit has been an enjoyable experience. I come at my scheduled appointment time, wait for maybe 5 - 10 mins, see my dr, and I'm on my way. I can only think of a few times where the process of changing my wires/bands (for my braces) has taken longer than expected, but most visits take about 10 mins. The staff has always been really pleasant and friendly, and do a good job of answering any questions I have. Overall, I've really enjoyed coming here! Honestly, I think I might miss it when I stop coming. Update: Also, I just got my braces off and I truly do not believe these are my teeth lol they did an amazing job.

Great staff and drs! Always quick, thorough and gentle. Patient care is a priority and they they make it affordable with financing! I also like that they have multiple locations. Our whole family uses them (Dr. Aaron and his father, Dr. Shoopak are the best)! The front desk staff is always so cheerful, easy going and extremely helpful when booking appointments and rescheduling, etc.

I called the office to reschedule my daughters appointment because her braces are cutting her lips. Front desk clerk says "We're closed." Then, "Well, we're open but not seeing patients." When pressed, she said they aren't seeing patients for 4 full days because their schedule is 'off.' I guess we'll either have to find someone else to help or continue with her lips getting cut. Front desk clerk was vague and very unhelpful, almost like she was avoiding answering my questions all together. I expected more based on the conditions I was calling about. I might have understood if she could have explained better, but she refused. I can't be sure, but it sounded like she laughed during the conversation. We will not be bringing our youngest child here. We'll find a new orthodontist if customer service doesn't get back to normal.

Orthodontic specialists of Florida is absolutely THE BEST! I am now bringing my 3rd child here for care. The staff and doctors are very nice and caring. This should be your 1st and only stop for orthodontic care.

Extremely satisfied with Dr. Shoopak and his staff from front desk to back assistance. They are all friendly and provide excellent service. I've recommended friends and they've made many compliments as well. Great ortho, great service, and definitely worth every dime.

All of the girls that helped me (paperwork, x-rays, scans) were so nice and down to Earth, making the whole consult appointment a breeze. I'm especially grateful for Madelaine, who went the extra mile to make sure I got the best plan for me. Dr. Shoopak was also very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. I'm excited to start my Invisalign journey with this staff!
