This place is wonderful !!! The service is excellent and every time I come I never wait more than 5 minutes to go back. My teeth have came such a long way ! I'm happy in the choice I made !!!

Staff and friendly and helpful. The appointments are pretty quick. My daughter has had great encounter mental with the staff.

They don't do cleanings and yet cleanings are a requirement when you have braces. You have to schedule a cleaning around 2 appts with them because the brackets have to be removed before the cleaning and then put back on after. they NEVER have appts. They are only in this location once or twice a week??? When trying to set up these appts they said my son would have to go 17 days without his brackets because they didn't have any appts available on the days we were available and that if anything happened while his brackets were off I would be responsible for additional charges to fix it. It's been a difficult experience. I will never recommend this orthodontist.

This place is great! I went to 2 other offices for quotes before coming here. I got the most thorough information, the staff were all friendly and best of all they have the best price. Always a good experience when we come here and making good progress!

After years of invisalign treatment, my teeth weren't straight completely and I only needed 2 more extra trays/braces but they wanted me to start a whole new contract, pay deposit $1400 and make payments on the rest of 5k, this is ripoff and lastly i went to remove the attachments and they refused unless i sign a paper that says im happy with treatment which i disagreed to do so they dismissed me from the spring hill office and asked me to go to palm harbor to see the father aka the founder. Beware all they care about is the money and would dismiss you anytimebthey want but take your money.

I've been with the Spring Hill office for almost 2 years. It's always a pleasant experience when I walk in. They get me back quick and the staff are always so nice. Sometimes I have my 2 year old with me and they are so sweet with her. They make our visits easy and fun. Im glad that I chose this place to get my braces at, I will always recommend them when someone needs braces.

I've never felt so comfortable in a medical office, it was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating to any/all of my needs. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
