The staff has done their best to accommodate and are friendly but my overall experience has not been good at all. After about 5 years of treatment, I am going to find a new orthodontist to correct my bite. If you're an adult looking for orthodontic treatment I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I love this orthodontist ! My whole family got our braces here .I will for-sure take my children here for braces when they are older .Staff is always kind knowledgeable and upbeat .

The worst thing about the office was the lack of safety and Covid 19 protocols when Pinellas County had passed laws to protect the public. I observed 4-5 patients coming out of this office on two separate occasions during the height of the pandemic and none had a mask on. I also observed a staff member with a pulled down mask. Poor communication with parent regarding treatment and poor results as a result of lack of professionalism.

As a 2-time patient, I absolutely love my new teeth and my daughter love her smiles too. Dr. Shoopak and Dr. Aaron are great at what they do and care for their patients smiles. The lovely ladies are passionate and professional as well.
