Update: someone from corporate called and was very kind and figured everything out for me. I really appreciate someone reaching out to me. I'm not one to ever leave reviews but i was very upset and got off the phone with them in tears! Was supposed to get my braces off today and called to make sure and they told me my appointment was canceled! Why would i cancel my own appointment to get my braces off. Then tried to say well if it hadn't been canceled i wouldn't have made it in? It was canceled that's why i didn't make it in. Couldn't even apologize for THEIR mistake and now wants me to wait another MONTH to get them off even though they have been ready to come off since last week. When the main dentist told me so, i even told him that I'd be seeing him again next week. He and the other dental assistances in the back are very kind. The ladies i spoke to on the phone we're not. Didn't even try to help me get a sooner appointment for their mistake.

They overcharge and treatment was delayed because of a tooth that wasn't able to be moved everything was paid off now they're charging me for a new contract I'd rather get my braces removed and go to a better orthodontist and have them deal with it.

This place victumized my child and killed his self-confidence. They extracted his Lateral Incisor by adjusting his braces incorrectly he now has a huge gap and wears his retainer all the time with the fake tooth they gracious provided.

The staff and the doctor were truly amazing people. I would recommend others without a problem.

I LOVE this place. Came here first with my daughter and now I am a patient as an adult.The staff is sweet as pie, the office is always clean and I would recommend it to anyone.

The Plant City Office for OSF is amazing. They are always friendly and courteous. I have been with them for 5 years now threw 2 children with braces. Been with at least 4 different Dr.s, all have been just a good as the one before. My children have been happy with all the staff. I usually deal only with the Most Amazing Office girls Mrs. Melody and Miss KerriAnn. They are always willing to listen to the craziest of stories with my family. With laughter and many times with support. I always look forward to our monthly appt. to catch up. They support my kids with dentistry as well as their school projects. I will continue to refer my family and friends to OSP.

My three children now have straight teeth and beautiful smiles thanks to the Plant City Staff! Office Manager, Melody, cares about the kids and is extremely helpful and professional.
