First impression was amazing. Very pleasant staff. Knowledgeable provider, her name is Dr Romero and what I loved is that I felt comfortable with the explanation given about treatments and plan as well she is billingual which make me feel like I was at home.

I had a great experience at Orthodontist Specialist of Florida! Everyone was great, very kind and professional.I'm excited to begin my process to a new beautiful smile. Btw.. Remember to bring a jacket it's very cold in here

Paid my braces of 3 months ago and they are still taking money out of my bank account every month. I have reached out an excessive amount of times to get my refund and I still haven't received any of my money back.. not to mention I got a late payment notice with a decent late fee added to it today... I NO LONGER HAVE BRACES, THEY ARE PAID OFFF!!! It's sad because my experience was somewhat okay until the end. I'm just frustrated at this point.

I recently moved here from Miami and not knowing how the transition would have been, but I must admit it's been smooth sailing. The staff is nice and friendly, facility is clean and organized. Would recommend this office if your looking for a nice, clean and friendly Orthodontic. Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication.
