We had an awful experience twice at this office. Scheduling issues was their excuse both times. They asked us to come back to have my daughter's spacers removed (that have been loose and uncomfortable) so their staff can go to lunch. I left work early and removed my daughter from school early to get to this appointment. I guess the fact that we had a scheduled appointment did not matter. The worse part was I met with the Doctor 5 mins before they told me they didn't have anyone to remove it.

Very unhappy with this whole operation. My bracket is on crooked. The one assistant only speaks Spanish and the assistants don't know what their doing. They operate out of different offices so it's an inconvenience when you need to get in.

I am looking to get a consultation for braces and this office is my top choice. They were very informative and made me feel very confident to get braces. The process is very easy and convenient. I love the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Shoopak and ENTIRE staff are just wonderful!! I have the best experience every time we go!! From exceptional and affordable treatment plans to their great customer service. My daughter always looks forward to her visit! They make you feel like family! I highly recommend Orthodontics Specialist of Florida!! They are the best!!
