Excellent customer services I went to 3 different doctors before finding out about orthodontist specialties of south florida the doctor is awesome and noticed the difference within a month of my daughter starting with them love it she really good and the receptionist also are very attentive The doctor work amazing the change in my daughter mouth has been incredible

I made a follow up appointment for my son 3 months ago and never received a reminder, when I call to schedule a new appointment they never confirmed as they used to do. No text to remind me of the appointment. Today I am outside the office and there's no one here even tho that it's office hours. I call no answer. No one is here, but they never forgot to charge those 3 months of treatment from my card.
