Absolutely love them. Only complaint is that it is freezing in the office. Bring a heavy jacket with you!

Overall they did a great job with my daughters braces. Appointments went smooth almost always and we had an affordable payment plan with no issues. Friendly Staff and kept me informed always.

This place really irritated us. They give you nothing but the run around. The front desk staff is nice and courteous but the Orthodontist Dr. R is a nice lady but needs to be more organized . She told us to get work done, tooth extraction, cleaning etc. we did just what she required. They then called to reschedule the appointment as if we were good to go. Apparently they did not have clearance from our general dentist. If they didn't have clearance then why in the world!!!! Did they allow us to come thinking that they would be putting the braces on that day. Please Review your patients charts before the day of their appointment !! Terrible experience would not recommend. We will not be returning!

If you have any say in it what so ever DON'T DO IT! This place is so unbelievably rediculous. EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT we wait in excess of 45mins after our scheduled appointment time. And then it's always a new doc so they have to relearn my child every time and give different advice. I will never go back! Save yourself the headache and find a different place!

Love the facility and the people that work there, but the really need a new office manager and things will run more smoothly. Jennifer-the office manager at the Fort Walton Beach location is the rudest, meanest, most evil person I have ever met. She doest even speak. She always have a horrible attitude, they are constantly running out if things and she just sits in one spot and ask everyone to do her work first her. Her team wishes she wasn't there, but they are not sure what to do about it. Someone should really look into getting a new office manager for that location or train Jennifer on customer service. I have referred a lot of people there and they have all gone to different locations because of her. I am still referring people and have told them to go to a different location.

This is the only p;ace that would accept my insurance. You wait no matter what even if you have an early appointment you wait. If they have a problem with you bill they don't call, text or e-mail you. They mail you a letter.

I've waited in excess of 30 mins past my scheduled appointment every time. Today was 50 minutes past my apt. The excuse "we are short staffed", but, it looks like by all the negatives reviews, this is a trend. Advice....... if you routinely run behind, don't book so many apts.
