Went in for a consult today and the front office staff were so sweet and funny. They were fast and efficient and got me all the information I needed without making me feel rushed. This place made me feel a lot better about my decision to fix my smiley. Thank you guys!

Good morning friends and family I just want to tell you how blessed I am to experience such professional service from Dr. Bahri and this staff at Fleming Island!! The front desk receptionist especially Akiria is definitely a People's person!! The dental assistant Latrasha was very sympathetic to my needs. Overall the experience is amazing.

Literally the MOST friendliest staff you could ever meet!! These girls & guys are amazing! Always going over and beyond to meet our needs and scheduling appointments around our schedule is so nice!! Thank you ladies and Gents !! They have a wonderful Dr as well the best one yet!!! Keep being amazing !!

Update #2 09/01/2022: I will start by saying that sometimes the right people need to know what's going on. As soon as the office manager was made aware of our situation, she corrected everything that she could. The appointments were made to be where they were supposed to be. The scans were done, we did wait for an extended time for the retainer but that was no fault to this business rather the shipping companies. We've now had several interactions with them to have some money refunded to us that they accidentally overcharged us. They have been very helpful in resolving this issue. I don't think I'd recommend them to friends and family but I'll definitely say they've improved. Update: as of today 12/03/2021 we now have to be scanned a third time for a retainer. I'm fine with another scan but to have to drive almost an hour to get said scans, this close to Christmas, with gas prices ridiculously high is absurd. Lost scans, rude staff, scetchy at best...can I please just get a quote from someone else for a retainer and have you pay said bill for that? We can call it even and I'll leave you alone forever. When we started this journey in Feb 2020, everything was right on the money. Wait times, bedside manners, making and keeping appointments, having them actually listen to the patient (not the parents, we don't have the braces, we can't tell you what hurts). Things took a downward trend in around mar-apr 2021. So many Dr changes. Can't get them to communicate appointments effectively, should be easy, right? You have a wire poking you? Okay just drive to the otherside of the state so we can help you. What?? Then the best part was when it was time for them to come off. Appointments made, ready to go, get in the office and the appointment is another day. Okay fine whatever. Come back for the appointment and it's still not removal time but retainer glued in time. They attempt 3 separate times with 3 different tubes of glue (the first one being expired and not noticed until after it was used) and still only managed to glue everything BUT the retainer in. Her teeth, her lips. And this was a Dr's son. Are you even supposed to be there, kid?. Spent 30 minutes scanning for images they didn't even need and aborted the procedure altogether. Still braces didn't come off. Finally we're here for the removal. We had to remind 3 different people that there was no retainer put in because the glue didn't work. Finally get that retainer in and come back a few hours later for the plastic retainer for the top. 1 hour into the appointment and she's still sitting in the lobby. What are you people doing? Where did your good staff go? I'm so glad we're done here. You give us way too much time sitting out here waiting and that gives us time for posting reviews like this. Do better, people. You're not doing us a favor. We are paying for these services. Make it worth it.

I am the office manager in an orthodontic practice in another state .. one of their patients transferred here and we are attempting to obtain a copy of the.x-rays I called 6 times left 6 messages they never responded. I have no idea how this practice is run! BAD....PR

I had very great experience with the specialist, dental assistants, and even the receptionist!!! Everyone is full of energy and took care of me and my sons braces.

My wife went here to and was amazed on the way they treated her, she was very nervous going in there and was very impressed on how at ease they made her feel and how well they explained everything to her, Dr Herman made her feel comfortable

Years ago this place was decent. Currently, my son has been receiving treatment for a year and a half with no progress on his bottom teeth! After January 2020 this place has become unorganized. I have had appointments set with no time given, appointments disappear, have to constantly be rescheduled because of Dr. Issues, no appointment reminders, brackets break, wires come off and can't get in to fix them becauseof appointment unavailability, wait times are horrible, unprofessional staff, and orthodontist is constantly changing. I would advise to spend your money elsewhere. That way you get what you are paying for. There are better more professional orthodontic options available elsewhere.

Great experience today with braces for my son. Staff was beyond friendly. Braces same day as consultation. Affordable prices with ortho insurance. Staff treats you like they've known you forever, which I personally like. Having to drive forty-five minutes makes it worth while with great experiences like this.

Horrible service, I have been sitting here for an hour and twenty minutes and havent been called up yet. They forgot to send a reminder for my appointment last month so I've gone almost two months with broken brackets, bands. I've had to cut my own wire because it came completely out of the brackets. I can't stress it enough that you spend your money elsewhere.

Even during these Covid times the office is packed. Over an hour wait and 12 people seated with 4 standing. My son goes here and I go to David and associates without ever waiting. Also in his 2 year treatment there has been 4 different doctors to treat him. I would transfer if it wasn't already paid for. Avoid at all cost!
