The Dr. G Is very unprofessional when asking about my treatment just to get an understanding of my treatment. He stated I was trying to tell him how to do his job. When all I was trying to do is get a clear understanding of my treatment. The office has switched providers multiple times during my treatment not one time has any of them been rude and disrespectful as he is

I've had a bottom permanent retainer in for the last 17 years and it broke on one side. I was a little hesitant because they weren't really able to quote me over the phone and scheduled me for a consultation. I just wanted it fixed or removed and didn't want to get any additional treatment. I'm so happy that I did keep this appointment! Dr Thompson was so friendly, did exactly what I asked for a great price! He recommended that if my teeth do shift at all to come back and see him, which I definitely will!

I have always had great experiences here. They are always quick and courteous. I've never had any issues scheduling my appts either.

I had to give 1 star because 0 isn't an option. They rush you through. They just want you to sign the contract.

I had my braces on since 2016, doctor were nice I had 3 different doctors during this period of time, Assistants are very nice and front desk is nice as well. I used my insurance and I never had a problem with it. I'm off my braces after 4. Years and I'm pleased with the results.

The ladies in the office were very helpful and helped me figure everything out. I was in within 10 minutes and scheduled to get my braces after the looked at my teeth! Very friendly place

I , as an adult had my orthodontic care through them and now my children. Same curtious fun staff! Love these people and couldn't imagine having taken my children anywhere else! You guys rock !!

This place is AWFUL!!! I have insurance and have payments automatically drafted. They put the braces on my son and now they don't return calls or answer their phone!! So, they are taking my money every month and doing NOTHING! Don't go to this establishment.

I would like to address my concerns over potential insurance/billing fraud. The response staff has when a concern is brought up, dictates whether something should be treated as a simple clerical error or deliberate malignancy. I asked for management's number and was told there was no such thing; I was told the only person that can handle the issue was in fact in the immediate office staff. Hopefully someone of competency will see this, as the next logical step is to involve the insurance company and file a claim in civil court. If anyone cares, the girls in the Bradenton office should be able to supply you with my phone number and/or email address.
