The girls that worked with me on my braces were really sweet and answered my questions. However, the ortho himself never even remembered how to pronounce my name. I was told I was supposed to wear rubber bands however he never went through with giving me them. He never could remember what I had done with my braces at any time and the girls always had to remind him. I have worn my retainer every single night since I got it and my teeth do not look as straight as they should considering I had my braces for about two years. While I would see my dentist who is also an ortho he would tell me to remind my ortho of certain teeth that needed shifting that he did not seem to be focusing on. Why would I as the patient feel as though I have to remind the person we are paying to fix my teeth that he is missing something? I am now seeking Invisalign elsewhere to correct the things he overlooked and hopefully get a new retainer elsewhere as well. Leaving this review just because I am still unsatisfied with my teeth and so if you go here just be very very vocal about any small thing you notice as i wish i would have been. I'll give three stars for the girls that worked on my teeth as they were great.

Let's just say almost 2 years later, and I had to forcibly have my braces removed from the lack of treatment/care I received here. 1400+$ of my own PLUS everything my insurance paid them. If you want a physician to treat you just like any other person or to be apart of a cash mill, this is the place for you! No answers to questions you have and be prepared to wait 30 mins past your appt time. If a physician is rude to its own employees, what do you expect from a patient perspective? That should've been the first red flag!

This office is great! Highly recommend to anyone. The office manager is awesome and very helpful. Made things simple to understand. very knowledgeable!

Seriously a great experience. Highly recommend. They were very patient with my child and having braces has really been a huge boost to his confidence levels. Can't say enough good things about this office and staff. Thank you!

I had braces put on a week ago and the experience has been terrible! First, I dealt with the orthodontist himself and his 2 assistants. the first assistant who put my braces on, put 4 of the brackets on incorrectly so I had to go through the painful process of getting them all pulled off right there. The worst part is that the Orthodontist himself came in and "checked" that they were correct and signed off on it. It was the 2nd assistant who actually noticed a few minutes later that they weren't on correct at all. when she confronted the orthodontist about it, he laughed and said straight in front of me " I didn't really check, I just assumed she did it right". The 2nd assistant then proceeded to remove and redo the 4 brackets. After replacing them, she started putting the wire on and messed up one of the brackets herself which resulted in a 5th one having to be pulled off and redone. After that she proceeded to keep wiring the brackets and found that a 6th bracket wasn't put on right and was coming off. For a 6th time, I had a bracket pulled from my tooth and redone. less than 24 hours later as I was eating a soft piece of sliced bread a bracket fell off. within 4 days another bracket and wire came off so i'm currently sitting with a loose wire hanging in my mouth. The most fun part about this is that they seem to not be picking up the phone. I've called 3 days in a row, multiple times and at varying times as I know it's an office and they might be busy. I even left messages and have received no communication whatsoever. I would recommend anyone do business here. They're friendly but their skills as professionals have proven to be well below standards.

I made an appointment over the phone for my 11 year old daughter. The woman on the phone failed to mention parents were not allowed at appointments. (Even for a minor.) I arrived at the office and was ignored for 5 minutes before I was told I would need to leave my child by herself. (Not a chance in hell) Any parent in their right mind is not going to leave their child with a male doctor ALONE. If you ask me this office is a sexual assault lawsuit waiting to happen.

Came in the other day to get braces and Maria at the front desk was so sweet and nice! They worked around my appointment time and I felt terribly bad that I was holding them up! I highly recommend this orthodontics.
