Casie & Dr Jacobs are amazing. They were very patient with my daughter during the braces removal process. My daughter was nervous about getting her braces removed but Casie made her feel comfortable and gave her words of encouragement from the time she sat in the chair. I was well informed about every detail and never felt out of the loop. They truly made the process a personable one. My daughters teeth look amazing!!!

Under the care of Dr. Jacob's & Cheri! They both listened to my thoughts and how I feel about my progress. Saw that I wasn't satisfied just yet for the removal of my braces and saw where more progress could be made.

I have been an Invisalign patient for 4 months now and have had nothing but an amazing experience. I had initially finished treatment at another location and didn't feel like my needs were entirely met. After speaking with Brooke and Dr. Jacobs, they coordinated a plan for my smile to finally be everything I've desired. I will honestly recommend this doctor and their clinicians to anyone-I literally drive almost 2 hours to see them because it is worth it.

If I could leave zero stars I would! When Dr. ison was still practicing, everything was managed in a very organized and professional manner. This specific location I believe is racist and if you are African American I would stay away from this location and honestly the establishment completely. The west chester location is the location I typically go too but I was scheduled at this one because of an availability. After paying thousands of dollars for braces and now wanting Invisalign- the lady over finances at this location was completely rude, nasty & disrespectful for no apparent reason. This entire practice has gone downhill since he's left. They scanned me for the Invisalign and then told me it would take a few weeks for them to come and they would call me once they came in. I never received a call back so I called them and they told me I am dismissed as a patient because of my attitude. Never once reached out to figure out what went wrong. So they lied in my face and with hope that I would not call to check on my retainers. I would never think I would see the day because how amazing Dr. Ison was to myself and my family. We have all got bracers from him. I hope he sees this review. Go else where! See the other reviews also from Black Women. I truly believe they are some racist at this location. Steer clear!!

I saw Dr. Jacobs today. She answered all my questions and communicated well about my concerns during my visit. She listened and gave me enough information for me to make the decision. The dentist assistant was very patient and helpful. They took good care of me today.

This place is rude , unprofessional, non cooperative, unreasonable. My daughter has been trying to pay off her bill they have refused to take her payments over 12 times but continues to tell her she has to pay the balance in full mind you she doesnt need anymore treatments from them THANK GOD . one lady told us we can make as many payments as we like no matter the amount to get this paid off but when we call Michelle and others say we cant. They then put a manger on the phone named Zeekee what a disaster he was. I have requested now several times to have THE ACTUAL DENTIST CALL ME and i sure he didnt get the message. I requested Kristy to call me 3 times from Oakley and im sure she didnt get my messages. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND I WISH WE NEVER EVER CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE MY DAUGHTER HATES IT HERE AND DONT EVEN WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM.

I am new to this orthodontist, I never had braces but my son needed some and I know this is a good company to go to. We were greeted and welcomed with beautiful smiles throughout the whole office. The workers were very helpful and the dentist explained the process of everything and listened to our concerns and questions.

I am so disappointed with this place and cannot wait until my treatment is over. Every time I call or come in the front desk women are rude or "nice nasty". When I call I am met with nasty tones and impatience when it comes to questions I'm asking. The doctor is only in the room for less then 10 minutes and is very dismissive of my questions and concerns. I don't feel welcomed in this office at all and cannot wait to be done with this place all together.

This place changed my life! My self esteem and confidence is high because of Dr. Isom! I was in nursing school when I got my braces and a single mom and they were so flexible with the payments and worked with me so much! I get so many compliments on my smile to this day! And I'm so grateful I plan on taking my girls to him next!
