Been coming here for over a year!!! Never ever had a problem or waited! Ever. I split my daughters ortho payments into convenient payment options so it is easy to afford her mouth care. The Office Manager and Staff are top notch and I can be a Karen and I'm impressed!!! I would recommend this place to any friend or family member

I would not recommend them. That place is all about Money. They wouldn't service me & their the ones that put on braces. This Black women really tried to send me somewhere else. She was horrible & then tried to speak to Spanish to the desk lady like I didn't understand. Yes Orthodontist Options is easy to join & get on a payment plan. But they don't care about their customers after. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY WHICH I UNDERSTAND .. But I was still Client that spent my MONEY & they REJECTED ME. THATS WHY I REMOVED MY BRACES.

Terrible experience with the Front Desk person. I lost my time, she was more worried about who referred the clinic than provide an appropriate service.

Some staff is Unprofessional ( not all). Delay in care. Not compassionate and dont listen to the patient's concerns. Doctor may not respond for a while. Requests are not being acknowledged. I have been with them for a year now and results are poor, mainly due to delay in care. And when I request to stop the payment plan because I am not happy with the result, they dont respond to that; they also have my credit card info on file and they keep withdrawing automatic payment even though I did request for this to stop. They just want your money , they don't really care for their patients. Also, has been waiting for the north miami manager to call me for a decent solution, and this never happened. I have a 10 week old invasilign kit that is now broken/damaged. My new kit arrives next week and they dont want to deliver it to me unless I switch doctors. They wont allow me to see me a doctor next week so I can have my new tray , they want me to switch doctors or wait for another 2-3 weeks , and meanwhile, wear a broken tray!!!!! Dont recommend this location for invasilign. More to say, but I prefer to stop here.

The staff was very accommodating. My first initial visit I outlined my expectations and the timeline that I wanted. (based on my OWN RESEARCH).The staff explained to me the price points what my monthly payment are and what the total amount actually covers. By using care credit I was able to get my top row installed on my first appointment. 100% satisfied with the service and terms and conditions of the contract I signed.

Just went for a consultation. Process was quick and practical. I was instructed of all my options in a very clear way. They also have the option of Care Credit! I was able to apply, get approved and even get my records completed on the same day. I was in and out within 1 hour.

Great experience all around. I was able to confirm what my friends were telling me: Dr Wiernicki is the best orthodontist in the area. My braces are doing their work and I'm seeing the results already. The assistants are very good too! Very efficient and caring team

I came to the office because friend recommended me Dr. Alex. We had first appointment on middle of October. When they called me to schedule the Invisalign on December, they never mentioned to me that Dr. Alex is no longer working with them. They just switched my doctor without my consent. They didn't even bother to ask if I am okay with having a new doctor. The new doctor I had almost cut my lips with the blades during the treatment. I questioned them about what's going on. They say the manager will call me back on December 17th, no one ever called me back. I called on Jan 3rd, they say it's because of Christmas, the manager will call me on the same day. 3 days later, I have never heard from anyone. I am so disappointed. Dental health is so important, that's why patients want to find a reliable doctor. Switching Doctor without the permission of patients is intolerable. I am planning to take legal actions regarding to this matter.

Horrible wait times (3 hours or more ), which to me is already a sign that if i have an emergency no one one will follow up to correct it . They was no personality up until it was time to read my treatment plan of course they want your money .

The brace they recently paced in my mouth came apart. I called the office to see if I can come in to have them fix it. There response has been very slow. I'm tried of asking them to support this situation.
