I enjoy coming to work every day. My enthusiasm for orthodontics has not waned over the years, and I enjoy the challenges and rewards of caring for my patients. Even though our practice has grown, we still give the same attention and care to every patient who comes to us, and treateveryonewith respect and compassion.
I love helping to increase a patients self-esteemby transforming their smile. When patients are confident in their appearance, you can see the change in every aspect of their life. Not every profession allows a practitioner to make a lasting, positive difference, but orthodontics allows me to do just that, each and every day.
Throughout the year, I seek out and participate in continuing education offerings through courses, lectures, and meetings. It is essential that I stay on the leading edge of orthodontics, in order to provide our patients with the most effective treatment options, and using the latest technologies, which shorten treatment times and improve results. I am committed to providing my patients with the best care available.
I am a native of Brooklyn and now call St. Jamesmy home. I live with my wife Lorraine and daughters Ella and Lilly. Im passionate about my family and spending time with them, but I also enjoy physical fitness, woodworking, and golf.
I love my profession. I enjoy coming to work every day and treating my patients. It is amazing to interact with so many different people, all with unique personalities, throughout the day, and I find our conversations to be fascinating and stimulating. Each morning, I wake knowing that I am going to bring a smile to someones face that day. What more motivation does one need?
I enjoy being able to help people, which increases everypatients self-confidence and self-esteem. Along the way, I get to know each patient and develop a relationship with them. Those exchanges we have, and the connections we make, are rewarding.
I believe it is imperative that I stay abreast of the latest advances in oral healthcare and orthodontics. Being able to continue to provide my patients with the most up-to-date, proven treatment modalities and processes is essential, so I attend numerous meetings and take a number of courses each year to stay informed.

Each patient we see and care for is amazing. I love learning about them and their interests, and look forward to their visits. I work at our front desk: welcoming patients, answering our phones, scheduling, and answering patient questions. I am busy, but never too busy for a quick chat!
Getting to know our patients, and becoming friends with them, makes me love my job. I really enjoy learning about each patients life, whether its their school activities or what they do for fun. I welcome and seat our patients, track the diagnostic records, and am a chairside assistant, too.
I love getting to spend time with our patients talking and laughing with them. This is a happy place, and our patients bring a lot of life to the office. I bring patients into our treatment areas, work in our on-site laboratory, and sterilize our instruments and equipment.
I work with my friends, and not many people are that lucky. Our staff is very patient-focused and each of us loves being able to provide excellent, professional care to those we see and treat. I oversee the financial aspects of our business and am the patient coordinator, as well.
I love being able to help our patients make the most of their insurance benefits, which ensures that they get the treatment they need, when they need it. Seeing the relief on a parents face when they realize they have the coverage they need, is wonderful. I verify patient insurance, coordinate benefits, and am the liaison between patients and the insurance companies, as well.
Meeting our new patients and their families, and developing friendships with them as we get to know each other, is so rewarding. Hearing their stories and learning about their hobbies always makes me smile. I handle patient billing and collection issues for our practice.
I love meeting our new patients and then following them as they move through orthodontic treatment. Seeing their personalities develop and their self-esteem increase is very rewarding. I oversee the patient billing aspects of our practice, as well as handle collections, and Im often at the front desk.

Dr.Schwartz and Dr. Paladino are such talented and experienced orthodontists. They spend the time to explain their plan and have an excellent rapport with their patience. They focus on the needs of each individual patient. Thank you for all you did for our son!

Dr. Schwartz and everyone in the office are absolutely wonderful, there's no doubt about it. I'm usually very anxious going to the dentist/orthodontist but working with the team is always such a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend his practice.

Just got my InBraces removed and my teeth look great. As an adult, it was nice to have the braces hidden behind my teeth. Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Paladino and the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive to any questions I had. The office is very clean and I never had to wait long when I arrived for my appointments. I would highly recommend them and InBrace.

Thanks to Dr Schwartz and staff for the exceptional service they offer, while I was receiving treatment each visit felt like a family reunion... My treatment was completed last week and I can't stop smiling with my new look, I'm extremely satisfied with the end result.... If I could give Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Paladino more stars I would! I have had two amazing experiences with these orthodontists and their office staff. They are honest and take pride in their work, being perfectionists. They treat children in their care with respect and talk to them as well as their parents. They back their work up at no additional cost to you. From the first time I went for a consultation I felt respected unlike at another office where that doctor didn't even enter the room until I was walking out of the office and then offered to take money off. I will certainly be bringing my third child back to these amazing doctors!

I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for over two years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and his office! From day one they have been so helpful and reassuring. I originally went to this office to help with TMJ pain and ear ringing. This was fixed within a matter of months and there was nothing better than having a Dr. constantly checking on your progress and taking the time to make sure things were done right. This successful transition from TMJ pain led to his office fixing my smile with a series of aligners and I couldn't be happier with the results. The front desk is terrific as well and they really helped to make sure they did everything they could to make this experience as affordable as possible working with my insurance. This office is WONDERFUL and the best place to go for your smile needs. Thank you so much!

Dr. Schwartz ruined my sister's teeth. She had crooked teeth and short roots. He never should have put braces on her or at least warmed my parents of the consequences to bracing teeth with such short roots. On top of that she was sitting in the chair to get a tooth pulled when she heard him say "I think we pulled the wrong tooth" he pulled her lateral incisor destroying her mouth. He offered to finish her braces for free but that did not fix the fact that she was missing her front tooth! She lost her confidence that day. To this day she stands with her face on the side where her teeth are all there. For her wedding another dentist get so bad he made a temporary bond for free. Here we are years and years later and she is still suffering from this! I'm glad to see so many positive reviews maybe he's come a long way since then. However I fear for other patients. My parents never sued him, but the least he could have done was given a new set of teeth or something! To this day her teeth are loose, bonded, bracketed, she can't eat certain foods because of it.

This is an excellent orthodontist! My son had his braces done here more than 10 years ago and we had a great experience then as well. I decided to go there because I saw how well they took care of my son. I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous getting braces at my age but they made me feel very comfortable. I had all the confidence in them!

Been coming here for both of my kids. Fantastic doctors and staff, multiple affordable options for braces, and very easy payment plans! AND we've never had to wait more than a few minutes for our scheduled appts. Definitely highly recommended!

This is hands down the best Orthodontist office. I can't speak highly enough . Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Palladio are awesome. They have the best chairside manner. My daughter was super nervous throughout the treatment and they always were extremely patient with her and made her feel comfortable each and every visit. The Dental Assistants and the Office stafff are incredible. The staff at the reception desk are welcoming and always pleasant. Both my son and daughter had their braces taken off today and they look PERFECT. Job well done!!!!! I highly recommend this office.

If you need braces look no further, Dr Schwartz and Paladino are the best. My two kids had their braces done and their teeth are perfect. The staff is very friendly, office is super clean and the Dr's care about their patients. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this practice. Great doctors and all the staff are very friendly. Never have a long wait. When it came time to work out the payment plan for my daughter's braces, they made it so easy and affordable. The braces just came off and my daughter said she loves her new smile. Can't ask for more than that!
