Hobbies: Dr. Cho spends his free time enjoying family life with his wife and their three children. To stay active Dr. Cho enjoys tennis. Traveling is another activity that Dr. Cho and his family enjoy whenever they can get away.
Hobbies: Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and her four amazing children. She is an active member in the community and prides herself as a true servant and volunteer. Playing tennis, reading, board games, travelling and mentoring are her favorite hobbies.

Lack of consideration, empathy, etc. To go into depth about my reasons on giving a NO for recommending will be giving this place too much energy. Basically to sum it all up, I wish I would've did more research on my braces journey before settling with a company who's not willing to assist patients needs, but quick to collect a payment!! Very incompetent. TUCKER location to be exact!!!

This office is very professional & cool! I wish I would've found this office sooner! Dr. Corey Moody is the bomb! I trust him with my families orthodontic care! Dr. Moody was very informative, knowledgeable & very friendly! The entire office staff is welcoming! They also practice social distancing & they wear masks! Which is a plus for me! The office moves patients through very quickly also!

Terrible coordination and management. They have a policy of rescheduling appointments if a patient is late for 20 min. Appointments are usually out 3 weeks or more. But, if you show up on your appointment on time expect to be there for at-least an hour or two. This place is also filled with Inexperienced workers. The first dentist (dr.freedman) messed up my treatment plan because he failed to identify my ankylosed tooth despite my repeated attempts to communicate the issue with him. That costed me additional two years of wearing braces and damage to my teeth. After my treatment got back on track and I finished my braces they were unable to provide me with my retainers on time because they don't have the proper equipment to take digital impressions. Even when my other dentist offered to send them the digital impressions they were unable to make retainers on time. Due to this issue, my teeth shifted again and I had to wear invisible aligners for another 9 months. Once I was done with the invisible aligners they also had an issue with getting my my retainers. They always have new dental assistants that don't know what they are doing. The lady that took my impressions had to do it 5 times and still didn't do it right. She called me and expected me to come back the same day to do it again and told me it was my responsibility if my tooth shifted this time because I refuse to be there twice in the same day due to the mistake she made. I don't have any words to describe the lack of professionalism and customer care. I don't recommend anyone to sign a contract at this place. It's not worth your money or time.

Aujanay & Dominique are outstanding. Both are always pleasant and professional!! Great bedside manners! Legit the only 2 people I prefer to see when I visit the office. Please give these ladies a raise or some sorta of incentive for their hard work and professionalism!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I just got my braces put on and I told them from the very beginning that I want to pay all at once. It's like they refuse to tell me how much it will be and keep sending me bills. They were supposed to give me a number during my consultation and it has been months. How much are these braces????

First and foremost save your money and your time. This office is terrible and so is the customer service. The appointment wait time is way to long and you will have your braces on forever. They can never keep orthodontist and do not make you aware. My entire time with them has been awful, i honestly regret choosing this practice to do braces. Even when you ask about your treatment plan you they don't know. I am stopping my treatment and going to a new orthodontist as of today. Read and research the price may sound good but it's not worth it !
