Hobbies: Dr. Cho spends his free time enjoying family life with his wife and their three children. To stay active Dr. Cho enjoys tennis. Traveling is another activity that Dr. Cho and his family enjoy whenever they can get away.
Hobbies: Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and her four amazing children. She is an active member in the community and prides herself as a true servant and volunteer. Playing tennis, reading, board games, travelling and mentoring are her favorite hobbies.

I loved this office and the nurses, however, details were never discussed with me or my son on his treatment. I guess there was a new orthodontist at some point, I only saw his dr a couple times and the dr at the end wasn't the same as in the beginning, but they told me his over bite would be resolved and by he end of his treatment the new dr told me try speech therapy. I was astonished to hear him say that as I went and got a couple other options at different offices and they all said the same thing that it should've been resolved during his 4.5 year treatment with braces and now his only option is to have his "canine" teeth removed on his upper jaw and braces for another year and a half to close the gap, his overbite that the new dr suggested speech therapy for at his last appointment is 6% which the other offices said the average is 2-3% not 6%. This will cost me an additional $5000 on top of the $4800 I spent here since this office closed and they won't honor this. I practically have to start all over again.

These people are incompetent.I've had my braces for 4 years when I was told 2 year. Also they forgot to schedule and when you call to schedule all they said was " we'll call you back later." And never do. DONT GO HERE

Rome Location: The ladies in the front are sweet and professional. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they seem to always change doctors maybe the reason I've had these braces too long!! I've had my braces on for about 5 years! The contract stated 2 years I understand that sometimes it's just an estimate. Still, 5 years is a big difference from 2 years. I will be moving soon and hope my teeth get where they have to be. Also, sometimes the assistances who change the brace wires vary in skills. Some are so gentle when working with you, some are average, and just recently I had one work on me who I guess forgets she is working in someone's mouth she was so rough.I hope she never works on a child. I need to let her know I guess. I believe she is new because I had never gotten her before and pray I don't get her again!

I transferred from the Carrollton location. I have been in my braces for 4 years, and this is my second time having braces. These people do an amazing job and are helping my teeth so much more than who I used back in 2014. I would highly recommend them.

This place was absolutely awful . they took my braces off way before they should have been taken off when my teeth were not even near fixed . They didn't offer to let me get metal retainers and got mad when I asked for another set of them WHICH I PAID FOR. They told me to call back and schedule an appointment to check in and will not answer and that was in May. They won't answer any calls . DO NOT RECCOMEND

They started out amazing for the first few months and I have no idea why but the experience has been terrible. First it started with spacing out my son's appointments to every two months despite they charging me every month. Today I called because one of the attachments fell and it's just dangling and causing pain. The best they can do is an appointment a week from now even though its an emergency. I also asked when was the last time he was seen, they said July. So I have been paying every month for 4 months and he hasn't been seen at all. If they are not going to complete treatment as originally agreed then they don't' need to be charging me every month! I would not recommend this practice at all

I CANNOT say enough good things about this office!! They're are very quick to address issues- I lost a bracket and ended up with a loose tooth you could touch and wiggle that caused excruciating pain for a couple of days, Tylenol would not even touch it, and it made it almost impossible to eat, I walked in fearing the worst and left with little pain after seeing Dr. I was worked in schedule for emergency, had wires changes and everything readjusted and I could never say THANK YOU enough for doing so!! Love this office!

Best place ever. The staff from the front to the back make you feel at home. Very clean place and they answer all questions I have and show me progress in the braces experience with my daughter. Payment plan is very affordable and I love it.
