Hobbies: Dr. Cho spends his free time enjoying family life with his wife and their three children. To stay active Dr. Cho enjoys tennis. Traveling is another activity that Dr. Cho and his family enjoy whenever they can get away.
Hobbies: Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and her four amazing children. She is an active member in the community and prides herself as a true servant and volunteer. Playing tennis, reading, board games, travelling and mentoring are her favorite hobbies.

Not have weekend appointments makes it very difficult to get my kid in and weekday appointments are scheduled out way too far. Can't wait until we're done with this office.

I completed my treatment plan a few months ago and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The staff is amazing and was always attentive to my concerns. I had a unique situation that required me to have additional dental work. Orthodontic Care of Georgia worked closely with my dentist to make sure everything worked according to the plan. I have a perfect smile and if I had to do this all over again(which I hope I don't) I'd definitely come back here!

This seems like a public service to warn others about the service received at the McDonough location. Upon checking my daughter in this morning I was informed of the balance due on my account. The receptionist and the billing specialist proceeded to inform me of the amount of times I'd made a late payment and that my daughter couldn't be checked in until the balance was paid. I explained to them both that fees were supposed to be reversed during our last visit because of double payment, as notated in our account and I wanted to ensure those things were done before I would make a payment. The extremely unprofessional billing specialist rudely informed me that the waiving of late fees were a "courtesy" and she'd handle that "AFTER" I made my payment. I informed her that I would not give that company anymore money until the actions THEY said they would take were completed. They both rudely informed me that my daughter would not be seen until the payment was made. I asked my daughter to get up and we were leaving, also asked how to cancel future service with the company. I was informed she would contact corporate. No customer should be treated and spoked to like I was because I asked for the company to simply do what they said they would do. They did not. I'm clearly seeing the different with the bigbox model of orthodontic care. Our families are simply a number within these sort of companies and DECENT customer service is nonexistent. It's difficult for larger companies to hire good people to represent their companies in the same manner that they would. It's difficult to find people that care. The worst part is your child asking you why these two women were so rude. This is the new standard of service. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company because of two rude and dismissive employees. Find a local orthodontist to do business with. You'll thank me later.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I've had a wonderful experience each and every time. My daughter is due for braces next year and I will surely be back. Oh and Brittany rocks

Brittany is THE BEST! She always makes sure we are greeted and feel comfortable. She is always taking care of our appointments. The whole staff is super friendly. I'm glad I chose this office for my son's braces!

We use the McDonough office. The staff is always amazing! We never wait, get right in and out and they always explain in detail what needs to be done. They are always friendly and smiling! My daughter loves it there. Would highly recommend!!

This office is the slowest. If you want to wait to get in the chair an hour after your appointment time this is the place to go. The employees literally move slow like snails it's almost like they do it on purpose!

Long wait times. Shortest I have waited is 30 min. Seems like a factory because they have too many offices. Your only short wait time will be when you are new there and things change after you are in braces and they got ur money

Since the new owner has taken over this place has been terrible. They cancel appointments with little notice and take a month or more to reschedule, the monthly prices have went up as well.
