Pretty disappointed to learn that the local locations are closing making it inconvenient for those of us who signed a contract now having to commute over an hour one way for a appointment. Terrible customer service.

Scheduling is awful.Unprofessional, and unorganized, especially with the insurance aspect. I chose this office because they had great reviews at the time, but staffing and physicians left abruptly. Since then their services have not been up to par. I started back in Dec 2020, when they were open from Monday thru Thursday. Two months later with no notice or communication, the physicians started to the leave and the date availability changed. Couple months later, availability changed again. Now they are only open on Mondays. Very inconvenient. The only Dentist there is moody and unkind. Chooses when he wants to greet you. I am so ready to get these braces off so I never have to return here.

Best Orthodontist Office! Always so attentive and caring. Everyone in the office is so personable and nice. I have and would definitely recommend this office. Thank you for all that you do and for making my kids smiles so beautiful.

Frustrated and disappointed in our care. Seems to be a ongoing internal staffing situation.No call backs on appointments then cancelled on the day to be seen due to lack of staff (after finally getting on the books after waiting 2 months.) I totally understand the whole COVID situation, but for months and months and after seeing 3 different orthodontist Doctors in same office we have made little progress in the Plan put in place 20 months ago.

Initially I thought this place was good, conducted business well besides the long wait but since the COVID their Appt scheduling has been at an all time low, I haven't been seen in almost a year and they only care about payment which have been made on time until recently when I figured why am I paying without being seen. I called them to get an Appt and they threatened to cancel it until another payment was made. Do better! If you're over the max on patients, stop taking on new patients until you get a grip on the ones you have. Care more about providing good service and regular appts than getting money. Cant wait to remove these and be done with them!

Can never get an appointment. Appointments are scheduled months apart and when you do get an appointment the wait is horrific, with tons of people on the waiting room

Horrible experience! Any time my son has had an issue and he needs an appointment they can never see him. We went in last week for new brackets and then yesterday the two on his front teeth just popped off and when I called this morning to get them put on right they said he cant come in until the first week of MAY. A month and a half away!! But they're quick to take my money every month. When I told them I want them off so I can take him somewhere else that will actually hold up their end of the deal they said there was a fee to have them taken off and break the contract. So they're FORCING me to deal with their insanely awful service. Run the other way! I wish I had never come here. I regret it so much and it makes me sick they get to take my money every month and not do their part.

The appointment scheduling is awful. I was told on two occasions that they needed to call me to schedule my next appointment. I waited over a month and I finally called they gave me an appointment a two months later. The second time someone called me a month later and my next appointment isn't until June..three months later! The front desk staff do not wear their masks properly if they have one on at all. The wait time is always an hour or more..they have poor time mgmt and scheduling. Too many people are cramped in the little waiting room. My dentist office has been trying to contact them since Nov 2020 and still hasn't received my treatment plan. One of the dental assistants is VERY heavy handed and she is not friendly..if you're going to handle me so rough the least you can do is be nice about it. Dr Halcomb is sweet though he just needs a better team.

Very unhappy with the pt. scheduling that is available once they have your money!! My son was sick and couldn't make it to the appointment so when I spoke with them I say I didn't want to reschedule right away because Idk when he was going to feel better, I call 3 days letter and they didn't have nothing available, then they told me to call Monday to see if they can accommodate him, so when I ask if they don't have nothing until March??? They say they are going to try their best, one more time I ask if they was taking more then the patients that they can handle, because when you go there you wait forever !!! And then when you call for an appointment once they have your money it seems to be a problem with over scheduling patients. I will suggest to the management of this group to take a close look at how the Hiram office is working because I'm sure I'm not the only one unhappy with the service !!

My experience here has changed tremendously over the last 4/5 years. I had one daughter go through braces here a few years ago and wanted to bring my youngest to get treatment but regret it with a passion. They over charged my daughter stated that a discount was added since we had a previous family member, they have went through so many changes which made it worse, they suppose to now have a call center in which I've been waiting for a reply for the last 3 weeks and still haven't spoken to no one since about my account. I'm now in the process of looking for another orthodontics and will discontinue my services and dental claim with them. If you want friendly reliable and efficient services please don't rely on OCG.

I went here for braces when I first moved to Georgia in 2011. I finished my treatment in 2015. I recently returned because like many people, I stopped wearing my retainers. When I returned, I was shamed for not wearing my retainers as I should have and was told I should have been following up with them even after my braces were removed (which I was never informed of). I sought a price estimate and was told that by using my insurance my treatment would cost more (I have never heard this before). My treatment options included Invisalign and regular braces, both of which would be for more than a year. They also required half of the total cost as down-payment if I chose Invisalign.... Long story short, I took my business elsewhere and have found a better place where I am currently getting Invisalign treatment for half the cost.

These guys have excellent customer service and are extremely easy to talk to!!!! This particular location in Hiram is the place to be if you want to deal with a kind staff and has reasonable prices. My family and I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I highly recommend

My daughter goes here for her braces & the staff has always been friendly & professional whether on the phone regarding billing at their main office or in person at the Hiram location. The braces are affordable & the techs are skillful ~ all the way up to the reception.

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Lofter's is great as well as his staff. I specifically see Anitra, but everyone there is great. They keep me laughing at every visit.
