Hobbies: Dr. Cho spends his free time enjoying family life with his wife and their three children. To stay active Dr. Cho enjoys tennis. Traveling is another activity that Dr. Cho and his family enjoy whenever they can get away.
Hobbies: Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and her four amazing children. She is an active member in the community and prides herself as a true servant and volunteer. Playing tennis, reading, board games, travelling and mentoring are her favorite hobbies.

Since Dr. Freeman has left it has been horrible. The staff is amazing, but I was supposed to have my braces off in roughly five months, they have been on for two years now! Once Dr. Freeman left, the other orthodontists have wasted my time over and over.

Honestly such bad customer service from the front desk. Everybody in the back is super friendly and kind. I'm not sure of this specific older white lady's name or what her title is there but she sits right next to the kind young Hispanic lady who checks you in. The past two times I've been there, once I'm done and ready to book my next appt I've stood right in front of her desk and she's completely ignored me. Not said one word to me. I then go to the Hispanic and she schedules me in. I know how offices work, if I'm in the wrong place she could at least speak up and let me know she isn't able to schedule me, instead of having me stand there and look stupid. I only continue going because my treatment is all paid for. Definitely do not recommend.

Worst place ever I wish I had never walked in this place!! My child's has had his braces 3 years and his teeth have done nothing! You can never get an appointment and once you have paid for your braces they no longer care about you. This was a waste of money and now we will be taking my child to another orthodontist to start new treatment.

Don't come to this place at all this has been the worse year and half not only did dr. Freeman leave the practice ( I came he just for him ) , they never have the schedule and always have to call you back to schedule you a follow up , you end up waiting for over 6 weeks for an appt then we you get an appt they never take your back on time believe me I'm a nurse I know doctors can be late but every time noooooo that's not acceptable

Lainey Shanae is amazing at her job and gives great service!!! She was very sweet, funny and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I recommend coming here and if you get her just know you are going to have a great experience! Thanks Lainey
