Hobbies: Dr. Cho spends his free time enjoying family life with his wife and their three children. To stay active Dr. Cho enjoys tennis. Traveling is another activity that Dr. Cho and his family enjoy whenever they can get away.
Hobbies: Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and her four amazing children. She is an active member in the community and prides herself as a true servant and volunteer. Playing tennis, reading, board games, travelling and mentoring are her favorite hobbies.

This place was amazing! They were so polite and very caring and noticing of all there costumers around. I would definitely come back for my future kids, and may recommend to some of my friends. Keep up the great work!!

I have been going to this place for over a year. I think they take on more people than they can handle. The waiting time to be seen is always over 30 minutes. I once waited over two hours. I use to come every 6-7 weeks. I have recently paid my full balance off and after doing so I feel that I am put on the back burner. Now I am being pushed back to every 9 weeks. I can say that my teeth do look much better and have moved quickly. Dr. Lofters is very educated and nice. The staff are all kind but again I feel they take on as many people as possible which leaves no room for their clients. Will update how things go. If you decide to go with this place make sure in your contract you have 6-8 weeks down because they will push it as far as they can once your balance is paid off. I will probably be in braces a year longer than I should because of this.

The last few visits we had had to wait a long time, our appointment was 11 and we got out of there at 1,:20. Not good.why make a appointment

Friendly staff, but the office never answers the phone to cancel appointments. Then proceeded to send me a letter saying I had to pay for not cancelling my appointment

This orthodontist is horrible!! They did absolutely nothing on my daughter's teeth other than change the band colors. They took our money for two years. We left and paid out of pocket to another orthodontist to complete the service. The new orthodontist confirmed he had done nothing but change band colors. On more than one occasion, the orthodontist was a no show. My daughter was supposed to have braces on no more than 12 months at the most. While in the waiting room, I listened as a parent demanded an explanation of why she was not notified when two of her daughter's teeth were broken while putting in spacers. The parent was not informed of the incident until the daughter complained of pain while at home. Run!

Horrible if you run behind on payments what so ever they will not see your child even if we are going through crises in which made you jobless and unemployment haven't paid you . Explain that to staff and asked to pay some in which they did take my money and then when asked to make an appointment they placed me on hold 5 min later they said they will have someone call me back . They won't call back I have tried this before .... Now keep in mind my son have not been seen since March because the offices were closed . This place don't care at all if your kids teeth are ok or not it's all about money which is sad . Can't wait to pay off ASAP and my other two kids will go else where and will make sure every one knows to think twice before going to this place ......... wish I can change dentist but I'm far to in

I love going here! My braces are finally off and exactly what I expected! Coming here is so welcoming, as they exceed expectations with customer service such as Nancy! Gotta love her and her personality along with the handsome orthodontist! He is the best!

Nancy at Orthodontic Care of Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia has done a fabulous job of establishing excellent customer service in this location. She goes out of her way to provide support and accommodation for customers. I have also been very pleased with the orthodontic treatment and results received for my children.

We moved here from Colorado and need to establish a relationship with a new orthodontist. My daughter spent 2 years in braces and needs her retainers to fit and wear them everyday so the work that was done to get her teeth where they are today doesn't come undone. This place did not care about helping my child, only about us spending money on new retainers which she doesn't need since hers are just 6 months new. We will continue to look for an orthodontist who cares more about the person and establishing a new patient relationship than about money. To make matters worse, we waited over 1.5 hours after our appointment time for the Dr. to tell us this in a useless consultation. We were appalled to be treated this way and will be looking elsewhere. It's worth the drive for a doctor to care about the patient more than their pocketbook!

After 3 years of having braces I'm very please with the work done. Although I know no office is perfect I do know that this one in particular is very prompt in helping me with whatever discomfort it maybe be. I like to acknowledge that Nancy has been a very special help in assisting me with my scheduling and prioritizing me as I'm sure she does with all her other patients that walk in the door. If I could give her and the other staff 6 stars I would!
