Dr. Miller is a board Certified Orthodontist with over 35 years of experience specializing in orthodontics for adults and children. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Towson State University and received his Dental Degree from the University of Maryland. He completed his orthodontic training at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Miller founded Orthodontic Associates in 1984. Because of his great interest in orthodontic research, Dr. Miller is a Benefactor of the American Association of Orthodontist Foundation (research organization). He has encouraged the orthodontic community to use an 'evidence based' treatment approach. Dr. Miller is also a member of the Circle of Excellence (by invitation only), American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontists, Maryland State Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Baltimore County Dental Association.
Dr. Miller's knowledge is frequently sought out by other orthodontists regarding difficult cases. He speaks both nationally and internationally about the use of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (3D x-rays) to improve orthodontic treatment planning and outcome.
Dr. Abrahams was raised in Ontario, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario where she majored in Biology. She moved to the United States in 1991 to attend dental school at The Ohio State University. While attending The Ohio State University, Dr. Abrahams received the prestigious Thomas P. Hinman Student Scholarship Award, the William R. Wallace Dental Research Scholarship Award and the Deans List Award. Dr. Abrahams has also published original research supported by the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation.
Dr. Abrahams received her orthodontic training at The Ohio State University as well as a Masters in Oral Biology. She continues to keep up-to-date on all current techniques, including Invisalign and Incognito certification.
Dr. Abrahams is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (research organization), American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Orthodontic Society, Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Wray is a Board Certified Orthodontist and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the smiles of their dreams. She is up-to-date with current orthodontic techniques and has completed Invisalign certification and Incognito certification (a technique using braces hidden behind the teeth).
A Florida native, Dr. Wray received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a major in Biomedical Sciences. She attended dental school at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she completed an advanced education honors program in orthodontics. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
After receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Dr. Wray attended a 3-year orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she earned her Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Masters degree in Cellular and Structural Biology.
Dr. Wray is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontists.Dr. Wray and her husband share a love of teeth. He is currently serving in the US Navy as a periodontist. They reside in Montgomery County with their dog, Lola. Dr. Wray enjoys traveling, baking, and running.
Dr. Tina Mahmoudi is a Board Certified Orthodontist with a passion for creating attractive, healthy, and long-lasting smiles. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) where she majored in Biological Sciences and then obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD).
While attending UMSOD, she was awarded the Harry E. Kelsey Award for Professional Demeanor. Following graduation from dental school, she spent an additional three years at University of Maryland School of Dentistry to specialize in Orthodontics and obtained her Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as well as a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Mahmoudi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics; she is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Maryland State Society of Orthodontics, and Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontics. She is Invisalign certified and stays up-to-date on latest techniques including Lingual and Clear Braces, Accelerated Tooth Movement, Soft Tissue Laser Surgery, and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs).

In office staff is typically well mannered and very pleasant at this location. However, dealing with the billing department, specifically, Ethel Bingaman, has been a nightmare. Very RUDE and gives you minimal details and information when it came to asking specific questions. It took me almost 3 months to get in direct contact with her in regards to my billing error. This is a bad look especially because I have referred other people to this company. My intetaction with her alone is enough for me to not want to deal with this company again.

Receptionist, Dental Assistants, and Dr. Miller were all very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions. They provided great education to myself and my daughter on hygiene for my daughters braces and great information during the day of her removal.

Highly recommend. Our 3 children just completed treatment. Absolutely the best office. They are true magicians. Incredible experience from front desk through billing. Such a professional, top notch, fun environment. The staff cannot be beat. Orthodontic Associates is truly the best of the best!!!

I recently had my braces removed after one year. Dr. Miller and all of the staff in Owings Mills were outstanding throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of visiting the Ellicott City and Columbia locations as well and they were equally as attentive and friendly. My teeth look great and I highly recommend Orthodontic Associates.

Kendell is an assistant and does a wonderful job. He knows what he is doing. The only assistant that I trust. Dr. Miller is amazing as well. Out of all the orthodontist he takes the most care in making things right. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they made sure to correct them. I started with Invisalign and they didn't do very well correcting my teeth so I had to change over to regular braces.

Got my braces off today after 1 year! Loved every aspect of my dental experience. The office is a complete vibe! Great customer service at the front desk, amazing energy and synergy with the doctors and technicians in the treatment area! Music selection always has me humming along. And did I say my teeth look perfect. Everything that I hoped for. Highly recommend.

Hello, I had braces applied to my teeth twice at Orthodontics Associates. The first time was about 15 or more years ago. The second time was recently and I just got them off. Both times I was completely satisfied with my photogenic smile. Everyone compliment me on my teeth even at my General Dentist. However, the reason I've benefited such great results is because of Dr. Jeffrey Miller's expertise and the knowledge/experience of his staff. They listen! Also, I recognize how they work together to get you to your best. Lastly, they are patient. I know this because I am particular and sensitive. Therefore, I highly recommend persons to choose Orthodontics Associates. Throughout all these years, the Dr.'s and staff still have excellent bedside manner. My estimated timeframe was 18-24 months and at 18 months I just left my debonding appointment. I'm so happy with everything. Their service is great: everyone was so friendly and personable, but also professional. They were flexible and communicative. I was never in any appointment for more than 30 minutes, except for the debonding. They always saw me right away at my appointment time. They have a few locations so you could to whichever is most convenient. I've been to two of their locations and it was always the same atmosphere. I definitely recommend them if you need to get braces.

At 52 I decided it was time to close the gaps in my teeth. My son and granddaughter were patients here so I said why not! Of course COVID hit 6 months into my treatment so visits were not as frequent BUT the visits did continue. Due to Covid I may have been in braces longer than I wanted to be (almost 3 years!) but I am now gap free with a gorgeous smile. Even the gaps they did not think would close are closed. The doctors and staff are awesome and explain everything as they go. I never felt like I was asking a stupid question although I'm sure I did. Shout out to Natalie, Mike, and Kendell. See you at my retainer checkup.
