I agree with Jen and Jaybeebee. One of the receptionist is very rude and their appointments are plainly out of control. They do not have have appointments fit for the worker or students. I was scheduling an Ppoitment for 4months in advanced for a follow up and the latest was for 3:30pm. The receptionist that claimed to be the office manager is the rudeness person in the world.

So happy with my experience here! I had braces when I was a child at a different office but needed treatment again as an adult. The doctors and staff are always very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

If I can give this ortho zero stars I would they are careless and rude. After 3 years of braces my teeth did not come out nice. I did not like how I had to be scheduled on certain days that dr. Lala would be in because there would be another dr I forgot her name but she would be talking too much having a conversation but not enough talking and doing for what's needed to be done for my appointment like hello your staff have patients but distracting them having to stop what they're doing but yet when dr. Lala is there the staff don't even get distracted and talk alot. Some days I would go to the blonde dr and she would do and say different things to me teeth matter in fact she actually made no changes to my braces Covid happened and I missed a couple of months with appointments because obviously everything was closed but dr.lala would actually inform me when I would ask but the other dr no she was useless to look at my teeth they need to hire better staff.

Got braces years ago at this place from 2014-2017 and before they moved to a new location this old lady with short hair, I forgot her name was very rude and when she took off my rubber bands it almost hit my eye, went on my hair, inside my mouth and I almost choked. She was giving me an "I don't care" attitude and just rushes and wants to get it over with.

This place has the most inconsistent scheduling I've ever seen. Not only do they operate from Monday to Thursday, but the timing of appointments does not work for those currently in school and/or who have parents that work.

One of the snow days my son has an appointment. Day before appointment they call me and reschedule three hour late I didn't argue. I reached 21 minute late because of bad weather condition. One receptionist behaved very rude with me. Receptionist didn't care about us and laughed. One of the rudest receptionist in my life I've seen.

Had my braces there TWICE! My teeth are still crooked! DR. Lala told me it's only going to take 18 months but it toke more than 3+ years!! I went to all my appointments. They never EVER have the time that I want because it's always "booked". The lady at the desk was also very rude. I'd have to leave work several times to go to my appointments but yet I had a gap between my tooth for 3 years! When I finally said something that's when you notice a change right away! You have to say something to notice a change in your braces how ridiculous is that. Had to ask to take off my braces because I couldn't deal with leaving during work and not getting paid just to go to this place and have my teeth look worst. So stressful. What a rip off! DONT GO HERE! Wish I had my refund!!!

My wife had her braces done by Dr Lala and we have nothing but fantastic things to say. She was in her braces less than what was expected and her teeth look perfect. The staff was awesome and there was even a situation where something broke on her braces over Thanksgiving and they came in to fix it! If that is not caring I do not know what is! If it is for you or your kid this is the place to go! Top Notch caring service. You feel like part of the family when you go in.

I'm super pleased with the outcome of my almost 3 year journey of braces. I tried Invisalign for a bit and when I realized it wasn't for me, Dr. Lala and his team were quick to make the switch to traditional braces without hesitation. My opinion and concerns always mattered, and when I felt like something wasn't right, they would schedule me for an appointment right away. I appreciate their hard work and I'm so very happy to be done with this process! Totally trustworthy and I don't say that a lot. Thanks Dr. Lala :D
