My family and I have been coming to the Orthodontic Associates of New England since the early 2000s. The care and service you receive here is the best. From the office staff to the hygienists and the orthodontists, every single individual is invested in you having a great smile. You will always been in skilled and capable hands. For anyone looking for an orthodontist in the New England area, I would say look no further!

Permanently damaged my teeth and shaved down the bonding of one tooth (even though they knew it was bonded) so now that needs to be replaced. Years after my treatment I am still dealing with the consequences of all the shaving they did on my teeth

My daughter just completed her braces treatment with Dr Lala. He is an extremely ethical and professional gentleman. My daughter's treatment got extended and complicated due to the COVID emergency shutdown. Dr Lala never charged us any extra fees, even though my daughter had to make more visits than expected. He has always accommodated our asks. He had to make extra retainers because my daughter needed some composite treatment. His dental technician Liz and my daughter bonded so well. The office manager Gloria has been super nice to us. Three years of treatment and we only have good things to say. Highly highly recommend this practice!

Really bad service, my bottom retainers are completely worn down after a year and they want me to pay 150$ to replace them even though it seems to me like they should make more sturdy retainers if I need to wear them the rest of my life.... Also my teeth never completely moved how I wanted them and I still have a gap in my front teeth and a crooked tooth. Go somewhere else if you want your teeth to look right. Also this place is super expensive. Overall I do not recommend.

I'm so glad I chose here to get my bite fixed. Dr. Lala is a great doctor and very personable. I am 25 y/o and Dr. Lala recomended an alternative solution to oral surgery followed by a palletal expander which was recommended by the first orthodontist I visited. Dr. Lala's approached made much more sense for my situation and he gladly answered all of my questions. The assistants here are nothing short of amazing and very professional. I have had every assistant work on my adjustments and never had an issue from my first consultation to my two years in braces. I would recommend Orthodontic Associates to anyone needing work on their bite.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Lala and his staff! The assistants are knowledgeable and were always able to answer any questions I had. As an adult patient I was a little embarrassed to go to an orthodontist but Dr.Lala's office has been more than accommodating, they even have a separate adult room that's a little more private in the busy afternoons. There's been times my schedule hasn't worked with theirs and the front desk staff was very easy to work with and allowed me to go to their Tewksbury office for my appointment. I've even had to bring my toddler with zero issues and they are always so patient, always checking to make sure I'm comfortable. I went on vacation and Dr.Lala took my attachments off no problem so they wouldn't be in photos. I reccomend him to everyone! They even have Saturday hours, the assistants and doctors are always personable and up beat, I've never had a bad experience in 14 months there!

I recently went in to see Dr. Lala for a new retainer for the first time (I had lost mine). The office is clean and modern, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Lala was friendly and genuinely cared about my orthodontic journey and goals. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
