I appreciate Dr. Schmidt and his staff. They always make me feel special by their tender care. I have no complaints, just words of praise for the work that they are doing in my behalf. This was my first visit to the portage office. I adore Dr Randall Schmidt. He made me feel so comfortable and I left with more knowledge about my teeth. Can't wait for my follow up. You have friendly staff. And I will see you all soon Thank you.

Orthodontist alliance is the place to go the staff the dr are so nice ....the office and the space where you are seen are always clean They always greet you with the biggest hello ...my braces journey has been a nice one due to the staff n the dr Cheryl W.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! My wife goes here to help out her nephew for braces, eventually cant afford the payments. They didnt put on the braces he already had braces it was just to adjust the braces, so we didnt get any materials from this place, nothing. She didnt know it was a legal document she signed. I don't know how this is legal. Especially havung someone who doesnt speak english well sign a legal document. So we get sued for services didnt even perform and end up going back and forth to court and they never show. So cant afford to keep missing work. We went to court four times. Now we have a bank levy. Be careful going here. All about the money. Service wasnt that great anyway. Update. We settle with the lawyers for a smaller amount instead of making payments and give them a lump sum. Well it was declined months later and bank levy my bank account again. You are the worse! Asking for full amount without actually performing services. You would think because they didn't actually do anything they would settle. We only went to this place for a few months because my nephew had to go back to Mexico for family reasons. These people are extremely insensitive.

The customers services needs a lot of work. The lady up-front taking the payments is beyond rude. She has a very whining voice and picks and chose who she says hi to. This lady for real needs to get a attitude adjustment because she is a representative of your business and services that are not cheap.

My overall experience was wonderful. That goes for the people who actually work on my teeth! Let's talk about the front desk! I was late on a payment but paid $500 that same day, she snatched my folder from me and had an attitude the entire time while making me another appointment. This is not the first time, she called my sister being rude. 3/10. Never again.

Office staff is ALWAYS nice and pleasant. Dental staff is also very nice, pleasant. The doctor is always nice and answers any questions and concerns that you may have. The experience is always the best would absolutely would recommend
