Created by Dr. Eddie Kotary, DMD and MBA, InvisApp helps dentists build their businesses and assists patients in finding easy access to qualified care.
Dr. Kotary, realizing the true potential of this 'inverted' model, connected with friend and fellow entrepreneur Andrew Pitz, and the two of them set off to change the way in which dentists and patients connect and interact. The two form the perfect team, as Dr. Kotary is passionate about helping dentists achieve success while Mr. Pitz is passionate about providing patients with a simple way to access the quality care they deserve.
Dr. Eddie Kotary is a 1993 graduate of the University of Delaware where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Biology. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and received a Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1998. He concurrently received a masters degree in business (MBA) from Temple University. Dr. Eddie Kotary has had extensive training in implantology and Tip Edge Orthodontics as well as being an Invisalign Premier Provider. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA,) Pennsylvania Dental Association (PADA,) International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI,) Academy of General Dentistry (AGD,) and the Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America. He has achieved Fellowship and Mastership status from the ICOI. He regularly attends continuing education seminars and training so that he may provide the latest technological advances to his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Kotary enjoys spending time with his wife Jocelyn and their two children Hope and Paige.
Andrew Pitz is a 2009 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a minor in Business, emphasizing Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While at Penn State, he was a two-year starter on the football team where he was twice named ESPN the Magazine First-Team Academic All-American in 2008 and 2009, a distinction given to just twenty-four Division I football players each year. After graduating, Mr. Pitz was invited to Chicago Bears and Montreal Alouettes camps before co-founding his first company, Viewcubed, an online way to collect and streamline social media content to give it context and relevance for users and organizations. In January 2011, Mr. Pitz co-founded TonightsBottle and developed the Bottle Service mobile application to allow NYC nightclub patrons to order bottle service before they arrive at clubs. The app wasacquired in March 2013. In his spare time, Mr. Pitz enjoys studying markets and technology trends, skiing, working out, and spending time with his girlfriend Shannon.
