I went back to orthodontics as an adult and was very nervous to do so but all of that was for naught after choosing OrthoAlexander. Dr. Drew made the whole process seamless and easy. The staff is very welcoming and kind. After a little over a year, I finally have the smile that I always wanted, thanks to the dedication and attention to detail from this ortho clinic. Would honestly recommend any and all of my friends (or strangers) to choose OrthoAlexander

This place doesn't just care about you while you are getting work done. They are there from beginning to end and beyond. I moved away to Florida after my I got all my dental work finished. Somehow I managed to lose my retainer. I called around to places in my local area and got pricing. The numbers seemed really high and I was unsure so I gave a call back to my favorite place in SoCal. They not only had all the knowledge I needed but was still able to help even being across the country!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at OrthoAlexander! Not only the results, but the process and staff involved along the way. The offices are always extremely clean and appointments are easy to come by having two locations to choose from. The staff is always happy, welcoming, and willing to help. The doctors are extremely nice and have the experience to partner alongside. I would highly recommend this group for your orthodontic needs

Dr. Randolph Alexander, Dr. Drew Alexander, and his office staff are beyond helpful and generous, on top of their excellent service itself. They are professional and efficient, and do their best to accomodate to every client's schedule and needs. (Shout-out to the amazing front-desk lady, Leslie <3) My personal journey with Invisalign was long, but Dr. Randolph's practice made it a pleasure to visit their office each appointment. Both doctors -- father and son, by the way! -- and the staff as well, always remembered what was going on in my life and kept up during the 4 years I came. They are easy to talk to and never fail to greet me with smiles. I used to hide my smile, disliking it. Now, I am confident and flash my teeth as often as I can :) I am overwhelmingly grateful to Dr. Randolph's office for my smile, but even more so for caring about me. Value definitely matches, if not overshoots, price. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice, for braces or Invisalign.

Dr. Alexander and Dr. Drew run an amazing practice where you feel welcome as if you went to visit family. With all the years since Orthoalexander opened, the team has accumulated a lot of experience. I strongly recommend their practice, they are the best.

My bite wouldn't close all the way. I grinded my teeth at night. I wore a generic, over-the-counter mouthguard for 10 years that likely was hurting more than it helped. At 41 years old, I had never been to an orthodontist and was interested in Invisalign to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. Recommended by a friend who is a pediatric dentist, OrthoAlexander is a father/son orthodontist duo. Every person who works there is attentive and skilled. I'm not sure I've ever sat in the waiting area. Even when I show up early for an appointment, they are always ready to go and usher me to a chair. In the first few days of using Invisalign, my bite came together better than it had in years. Now, at five months, my teeth are straighter and I'm happy with the progress. One cool thing about the process has been the Dental Monitoring app that they use. Every week or so, the app pings you that's time to scan your teeth. You strap your phone onto your face with this headset-looking device. Follow the directions, make a little video of your teeth, and the app shares it with your orthodontist. Within a few hours, you hear back about if you can move forward to the next tray or not (Invisalign is a series of teeth trays). This means you don't have to go for in-person exams and checkups as often. The app also creates a video of the progress of your teeth, and it's cool to go back and see how things have changed. It's such a time saver and it feels like you are in the future with this at-home virtual scanning thing on your head. hahah. My niece and nephew get a kick out of watching me use it.

My decision to have Dr. Alexander and Dr. Drew help me with my orthodonture care was one of the best decisions I have made. Kind people, great availability, did a nice job fixing my permanent retainer at short notice as a new patient. Cost was $100-200 less than several other local orthodontists who quoted me. Highly recommend!

I just finished my invisalign treatment and could not be happier! The entire treatment was smooth and faster than expected. The staff is also highly skilled and friendly , highly recommend :)

I cannot recommend OrthoAlexander enough! The entire team is so welcoming and I always enjoyed my time there. The staff is extremely personable and appointments felt more like catching up with friends. The entire staff is so easy to talk, and I always appreciated how they would genuinely ask about what was going on in my life and remembered details at later appointments. I'm incredibly happy with the Invisalign treatment I received, and both Dr. Alexander and Dr. Drew were accommodating to help me achieve my dream smile even with my busy schedule. Since getting my Invisalign treatment, I feel so much more confident about my smile and have gotten so many compliments. If you're looking to improve your smile, this is the place! :-)
