Dr. Broc Flores received his bachelors in Chemistry from Villanova University in 2007 before attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduating in 2013. He joined the Navy and served for 6 years, deploying on the USS Anchorage (LPD-23) in 2015. He was awarded two Navy Commendation Medals for his service while deployed and recently promoted to Lieutenant Commander. In 2018 Dr. Flores transitioned to the Navy Reserves and still serves here in Jacksonville.

I broke a crown that was placed several years earlier at a different practice in another state. The great staff at this practice guy me in quickly, set me up with a new temporary crown, and I had my new zirconia crown less than 2 weeks later! I've found my new dentist in Jacksonville!!

The Doctor and all of the staff are very friendly, and are equally professional. I came in for a root canal and filling, and they snagged a customer for life! I've had my root canal and crown for a few months now, and have not had any issues! Dr. Broc is a great dentist, who is communicative, and very attentive to his patients. He has a gentle touch and is not rough, but he also gets in there and does his work RIGHT. He makes sure that you are comfortable, and if you start feeling any pain, he addresses it and makes sure you are no longer in pain before continuing. The level of professionalism and personal touch is honestly something I have ever experienced at a dentist before. The staff is also great, they are friendly and actively try to make sure you are comfortable or happy. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants greet you with a smile! The upbeat attitude this Dental office has is unparalleled. I will continue to go to Dr. Broc and his associates for all my dental cleanings and any future work. Thank you again for being such a great team!

Find Someone Else. I had a cavity filling procedure earlier this year. Ever since, my teeth have been sensitive/aching towards ALOT of foods and drinks. I Can't eat salads anymore, drink cold drinks, nor can I eat crunchy foods. I've complained numerous times of my discomfort and scheduled follow ups to allow them to fix my teeth.

Just recently started going to Dr Flores, he is Amazing!! He is extremely nice and gentle , but very thorough I have had a great experience. Choosing this office was the best decision I have made. Also the staff is so Amazingly friendly. Melissa what can I say you are truly the best!! I couldn't ask for such a kind and knowledgeable Assistant she definitely goes over and above her job duties,Thank you!!!

I have recently had a tooth pulled and a crown put on another tooth and a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Dr. Flores is very gentle and always tells you what he is about to do and what to expect as he does it. I am glad to recommend this dental office.

After years of painful dental experiences, I avoided visiting the dentist until it was absolutely necessary. Thank God my spouse recommend ORD. Dr. Flores is the most gentlest dentist, he extracted my tooth and it was painless (YES PAINLESS). He's the only one that will be doing my dental work from now on...HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORD.

06/09/2020 I really love this office. I have been historically terrified of going to the dentist as a result of some really bad experiences growing up. The staff here are wonderful at putting you at ease and explaining everything that they are doing. Great staff. They listened to my concerns and let me know what they were doing every step of the way.
