Dr. Ghiassi graduated from San Clemente High school and continued on to University of California Irvine for his predoctoral education. He then continued his education at University of Southern California for dental school. Dr. Ghiassi was a preclinical instructor at University of Southern California, as well as an active participant of Fellowship in oral implantology. He started the private practice, where he specializes in Sleep Dentistry, in 2004 after working in other group practices for 2 years. Dr. Ghiassi has been married for 20 years and he is a proud father of 4 children.

Ortega Dental is amazing! I've been getting all my dental work done here for years. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and the results were OUTSTANDING. Daniela offers excellent customer service, great communication and is always willing to help me with any question I might have. Everyone there is honestly really nice and friendly which makes going to the dentist a lot easier. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for honest dental work!

I've gone from the most anxious dental patient ever to the calmest, I took advantage sleep dentistry, I do full zirconia crown, supper happy with my treatment. They bring my smile back, also very easy to apply for payment plan, highly recommended.

I never do this things but today I will i am super not happy for all this situation that happened yesterday. I come get my xrays done, day before gave all my details of my insurance and yet while I was getting my xrays done i'm still being questioned about my insurance. After hygienist comes checks me and lets me know I have 3 caveries okay no problem. The front desk takes me to the front and tells me I habe 10 Haha okay, I ask her if I can see the Xrays to see all 10 caveries. I wanted to see something, Dr. Comes out seats on the chair and then says I have the pictures we took, I kept insisting I wanted to see the xrays then he says you wont understand if we showed you the xrays. He gets up the chair and says you can always go look for a second opinion and walks away. You're telling me that's a way to treat a patient, in my case just to prove me WRONG That i had 10 he could of show me the xrays and pointed at the 10 dark dots that's it but NO instead with attitude he got up the chair and said that to me. Also the front desk lady did not have any ethics to explain why so many and instead was responding with attitude and not being any polite you can see it in her face the frustration, now imagine me trying to understand the situation.

They'd been taking care of my teeth for years! I got 2 implants, several sons. The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable, and the assistant Daniela is the best, she always takes the time to explain my options, always with a smile; my schedule is a little crazy and she always find a way to accommodate my appointments. Five stars is not enough!

This review is long overdue and if I could give 10 stars I would! This place is absolutely amazing I've had dental problems my entire life and have been to so many different dentists. As a kid, I HATED the dentist (as most kids do I'm sure), but after going to Ortega dental care, I realized there was a way to actually enjoy going to the dentist. The staff there are all SO nice and kind. Daniela especially! She works at the front desk and has the most outstanding customer service with patients. She's always in the happiest mood and puts a smile on your face when you arrive. Very welcoming family type feel! And the doctor is truly amazing. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Always takes his time to get to know his patients and makes it a very personable experience each time. Highly recommend this dental office for any of your oral hygiene needs!

Both my daughter and I became patients of Dr. Ghiassi when it was time to get our braces. We adore the staff and Dr. G. Everyone is so gracious, kind, and attentive. It honestly is the first dental office where I have felt completely comfortable as a patient. And best of all, we are loving the results of our emerging new smiles.

Everyone here is so friendly, professional and accommodating. They make sure that you are taken care of. I was there to see Dr. Michael Kim. Dr. Kim educated me thoroughly as to the revenues of possibilities and impossibilities. Discussions are always important because us patients need to be educated as to what is going on in your mouth and what is best for you. Dr. Kim has a great communication skill. He never stopped communicating with me throughout the entire procedure. I had to get a novocaine shot and I hate this part. Honestly, I don't know which part I hate more - the novocaine shot or the drilling sounds. Actually both. Nevertheless, I am pretty much over both (not 100% though) but I can now be relaxed about both because Dr. Kim has skills - Really! I had the best dental work experience in my life and now I am literally looking forward to getting my entire mouth looked after by Dr. Kim. I think you will be pleased too. This office is a distanced away from me but I don't plan on going anywhere else. I walked out of this office very comfortably last Friday with a tooth pulled out and a root canal job. I am going back to Dr. Kim for an implant procedure. Very pleased.

Ortega dental care is the best dental office I have ever been in and could be.. Everyone in the office is really nice an very professional. I am totally glad to have my speed braces placed on by Dr. Nader Ghiassi which is a great person.
