Dr Orta and his staff are very helpful and friendly. I wasn't a fan of any dental offices however once I came here it changed my perspective. The work was done quickly in a very caring manner. The recovery time was great the staff are with you every step of the way. Even when you're finished they give you a call to make sure everything is going okay and if there's any questions you can easily text them if you don't want to talk which made it much easier for me. I really appreciate Dr ortha and his staff. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need.

I had my oral surgery with Dr.orta, and everything was great. The front desk and dentist have great communication and energy. It makes going to the dentist not so bad after all.

Corrected spelling: Dr. Orta is an outstanding surgeon! I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed (back in 2018), 2 of them impacted, under deep sedation and my post-op recovery period lasted for a few days only. There were no complications during my surgery and Dr. Orta did an amazing job in keeping all 4 surgical sites really neat. I'm thankful for the great care I received, from the ladies at the front desk to the surgeon and his assistants. This was my first time ever going under any type of anesthetic so it was a big deal for me. Keep up the good work. P.D: post-op success is only achievable through patient's discipline. If you don't follow directions, you're the only one to be blamed.

If I could give 10 stars I would from the office staff to Dr. Orta just incredible caring and help through the process and my surgery went perfectly. I had two teeth pulled and they were not easy ones and I had such great results I did not need the pain meds prescribed. Dr. Orta is a true professional. Thank you Amy and all the office staff once again. Darren Muley

This will be a semi lengthy review..... We showed up an hour early as instructed but wasn't seen until 35 minutes after our appt for starters. Then after months of searching for a Oral surgeon to take my 2 teens wisdom teeth out (daughter has TMJ) we finally came upon Dr Ortas office. , We are a very proactive family so, we had all the x-rays taken before showing up as we were told it was an option as long as they were emailed to them. So, that's what we did and they verified that they received the x-rays. So, we finally showed up for our scheduled appointment and the Dr refused to see our kids because we didn't allow him to take his "own" x-rays 1. We didn't want more radiation in their mouth. 2. We were told our x-rays that we got and emailed would be sufficient enough. So, for 3 weeks we've done everything we needed to ensure that our 2 teens could finally have their wisdom teeth taken out just to be told after showing up they require their own x-rays is absorbed! If that isn't a contradiction then I don't know what is... extremely poor service and communication between Dr and staff to us..... So, back to square 1 again.... 1 more yr until we find a different Dr that deals with TMJ and wisdom teeth removal.... The male Dr assistant was extremely rude and had the attitude of .... my way or no way... so between his attitude and the Dr's we walked out... this was suppose to be simple!!!! --------------------- Reply: Next time have the DR speak to us directly and maybe things could have turned out differently because none of that was explained. The guy that came in to assist us was very abrupt and rude. He obviously has a different view then you on quality of care....

my mom's teeth was extracted. Surgery itself was great, fast. but few things can be improved - mostly related to capacity management of what faculty can handle. - Manage the number of patients by what the faculty and dentist can handle. We were told to come at 8:40 for 9:40 appointment but only seen at 11. But appreciate letting us know how life delay will be - again, since nurse or front desk were extremely busy, prescription transfer was delayed for hours that we were not able to get pain medicine, unnecessary pains. Again, capacity management - only take what staffs can handle

In the past I have had some absolutely terrible experience with dentists. I am especially cautious when it comes to my children. The office was on a side of town that I wasn't familiar with and the building made me pause as it seemed a tad dated. At the consultation , Dr. Orta explained that my son had to have a tooth extracted, and when they told me that he would need to be put to sleep I panicked. HOWEVER, I am beyond blessed that we went to Dr. Orta. I read the reviews prior to making the appointment and I was on the fence. But they took excellent care of my son! From the very moment I texted in to make the consultation appointment until the day of his surgery and even after they have been excellent. They answered all of my questions, they gave me all of the information, they took care of the insurance, they explained to me the small difference that I needed to pay and why. They have communicated especially well during the entire process. On the day of his surgery they were short staffed and I got concerned. But every time estimate they gave me was precise , they came out and gave me updates. They WORKED! They were efficient and very careful with my son. He got home with very minimal pain, and no issues afterwards. They even called to check on him a couple of hours later. Skill level, the communication, the efficiency, the professionalism was on point.

if only i can put 0 star rating. this place is hell. me and my daughter went and she had an appointment march 30th at 8am the unprofessional dude in the front called her to confirm the appointment but when we went in they didn't find it in the computer which would have to mean is that he said the appointment but didn't actually put it in. like where's ur head at ? are u like slow ? and NEVER answer phone calls. don't come here! it's weird.

They never pick up the phone and have a major attitude problem. They do not inform patients of any requirements before their appointments. When you show up, they ask you if you have info that they should have informed you that youneeded prior to the appointment.a
