Dr. Louis Orsatti has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. He opened his practice just after graduation from the University of Texas at San Antonio Dental School in 1986. His 1st office was located on San Pedro Ave and later moved to his larger location on Huebner Road in 2000. Continuing education has always been important to him because this education ensures that patients can entrust their care to him and get quality and up to date dentistry with an excellent outcome.
Dr Orsatti was born and raised in San Antonio. He is married to Debbie of 38 years and helps in the office. They have and 2 grown sons, Ryan is an attorney in San Antonio and Matt is a dentist and practices with his dad.
Dr. Matthew Orsatti (known to his patients as Dr. Matt) born and raised in the great Alamo city of San Antonio, Texas is a graduate of the prestigious UTHealth Dental School. Dr. Matt continues to attend classes in the advancement of dentistry because of his commitment to his patients. Dr. Matt completed an intensive training in dental implants when he attended the UT Dental School Preceptorship in Dental Implantology.
Dr. Matt also completed an extensive two-year continuing education program in metal braces through the academy of Gp orthodontics where he has achieved Fellowship status. He is also a member of the American Orthodontics Society where he attended extensive continuing education on straight wire technique. He has added to his already broad knowledge Invisalign therapy. Dr. Matt has enjoyed the outcome of many of his patients who have been treated with clear aligners (Invisalign).
Dr. Matt is a Diplomat with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has completed a mini-residency in dental sleep medicine at Tufts University Dental School in Boston, Massachusetts. The ABDSM is the leading national organization for dentist who treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy and works closely with the medical fields sleep apnea organization, The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Matt helps patients who cannot tolerate their CPAP devices with the option of using an oral appliance.

Dr. Rebeka Andrade joined the Orsatti Dental Group team in 2016. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she received awards for her outstanding achievements in oral surgery and graduated with a distinction in dental education. After dental school, she pursued a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency where she received training in dental implants, periodontal procedures including bone and gum grafting, digital dentistry, and intravenous sedation. Dr. Andrade is passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
A native of McAllen, Texas, Dr. Andrade is fluent in English and Spanish. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas Pan-American with a bachelors degree in Biology. Dr. Andrade enjoys giving back and takes annual mission trips to Guatemala to provide free dental care to indigenous special needs patients. She has also traveled to Fiji on a similar type medical and dental mission trip. Outside of work, Dr. Andrade enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr. Valdez is a native of San Antonio, Texas. He earned a BS in Biology from St. Marys University and his DDS from the prestigious University of Texas Health San Antonio (UTHSA). Upon completion of dental school in 1993, Dr. Valdez practiced dentistry in community health centers in North Central New Mexico and Harlingen, TX. In 1999, Dr. Valdez returned to the UTHSA completing a two-year General Practice Residency with intensive training in hospital-based dentistry, oral surgical techniques, implant dentistry, advanced dental techniques, and intravenous sedation. In 2001, he entered private practice as an associate dentist at the highly-reputable Orsatti Dental Group. In 2003, he was selected for a faculty position at the UTHSA as a general dentist in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) where he held a full-time position as an Assistant Clinical Professor for 11 years. In 2014, Dr. Valdez decided to leave the UTHSA and again join the highly-reputable Orsatti Dental Group as an associate general dentist.
Dr. Valdez continues to present continuing dental education courses in sedation and medical emergency management in the dental office for the UTHSA. Dr. Valdez is currently a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Special Care Dentistry Organization, American Association of Hospital Dentists, The International Association of Student Clinicians and a founding member of the Lone Star Dental Sedation Study Club. On his spare time, Dr. Valdez enjoys community service, hiking, and playing guitar
Dr. Bianca Snchez graduated Cum Lade in 2011 from University of the Incarnate Word with a BS in Biology. She attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry at Houston and graduated with her DDS in 2017.
She has been practicing at the Orsatti Dental Group since 2017. Her passion is to be able to provide comfortable and gentle dental care for her patients while providing them with the best smile of their life. She offers oral sedation for patients who have dental anxiety and is proficient in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and digital dentistry. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise by taking regular continuing education courses. She is a professional member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Sanchez is a native of San Antonio and enjoys spending time with her family, Gabriel, her husband, Mercedes, her daughter, and Tristan, her son. They enjoy bike riding in downtown San Antonio and enjoying the local cuisine.
