Dr. Karl Berg grew up in White Bear Lake and attended college at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He graduated cum laude with a bachelors degree in chemistry in 1977. Dr. Berg received his Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1981. While practicing in Robbinsdale, Dr. Berg continued his affiliation with the School of Dentistry during a ten-year period as an Assistant Clinical Professor. He was also the Chief of Staff of Dentistry at North Memorial Health Care.
Dr. Berg is accomplished in all phases of family, esthetic, single visit crowns (CEREC CAD/CAM), and implant dentistry. He has completed numerous advanced continuing education courses at the University of Minnesota and the Spear Institute for Dentistry. Dr. Berg currently acts as a mentor and part-time visiting faculty for the Spear Institute for CEREC and implant technology. This enduring commitment to contemporary education has allowed him to restore the mouth using new, modern techniques and materials including single visit CEREC CAD/CAM crown restorations on both natural teeth and dental implants.
Dr. Michael Skramstad grew up in Marshall, MN and attended college at Purdue University. While at Purdue, he played on the University Golf Team for four years and graduated in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in genetics. Dr. Skramstad then returned to Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2000.
Dr. Skramstad performs all aspects of cosmetic, implant, and family dentistry with a particular focus on esthetic and CAD/CAM computerized dentistry. He is a certified Advanced Trainer for Patterson Dental and has lectured internationally on technology and digital dentistry. Dr. Skramstad is an Alpha tester for Sirona Dental Systems, focusing on the production of digital restorations. A product consultant for multiple dental companies, he has had the pleasure of testing and evaluating many products prior to market launch and has published numerous articles on dental materials and CAD/CAM.
Dr. Skramstad has the pleasure of being faculty of the CAD/CAM Department at the Spear Education Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona, and www.cerecdoctors.com, a nationally renowned website for continuing education in CEREC dentistry. He was also voted one of the Top Dentists multiple times by his peers in Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine.
Dr. Brianna Hammer grew up in Orono, MN and was captain of the hockey and track teams while attending Orono High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin Madison and received a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology.
Dr. Hammer received her Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in May of 2015, where she took advanced coursework in root canal treatments and CAD/CAM computerized dentistry. Throughout dental school, she was active in many organizations and was awarded the Fraternal Achievement Award by professional fraternity Psi Omega for her commitment to advancing the organization. Dr. Hammer is also passionate about dental advocacy and participated in advocacy events at the state and national levels throughout dental school. The focus of her advocacy has been on advancing oral health care through improved prevention, access, and education. In the fall of 2014, Dr. Hammer also had the opportunity to participate in a dental exchange program to Bergen, Norway, where she spent several months treating patients and learning about oral health from an international perspective.

Always a favorite of patients in the Wayzata area, Dr. Pint is excited to join our team in Orono! Dr. Pint is a graduate of both the University of St. Thomas and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Additionally, she is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, & American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Dr. Pint is experienced with Invisalign & Botox therapy and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She takes pride in having great communication with her patients while helping them to make the right decisions for their dental health. Away from the office Dr. Pint enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and creating original jewelry pieces.
