1st of All....I have to admit how much I fear anyone (especially a dentist) doing any kind of work in my mouth but today....today was an EXCELLENT experience and if...if I need to have oral surgery again...I will be coming back to the same Dr. and same location. The staff were AMAZING at making me feel so comfortable.

This is the second experience my daughter had to have teeth extracted under sedation (11yo). Everyone in the office/doctors and who else I've been in contact with has been wonderful. My daughter has a bad experience with anesthesia and they helped her and made her as comfortable as can be. Even though she's had bad outcomes of anesthesia, she trust them. That's all I need.

Love this place. All staff are friendly. Dr Luis Alicea is the best and his medical assistant. I had an awesome experience. I recommend this place in Kissimmee.

They are a disaster with customer service, how is it possible that I call to ask why my bleeding persists and they tell me to come urgently and they leave me waiting 2 hours to see me, so it is an emergency or just a joke for you to keep bleeding

I'm so fearful of dentist, but in this office everyone was understanding and respectful of my feeling. The receptionist was pleasant. Technician, a young man was so patient. The financial counselor explained all the breakdown of the cost clearly, the nurse was patient and reassuring. The doctor was amazing! Thank you everyone for making a fearful experience into a great one.

Dr Alicea always very caring and very professional as well as he's staff.This is the second time I get an implant with dr Alicea, he talk to me before the surgery and make sure I understand everything. Yes he leaves the room after the surgery and I don't see him but he's assistance take cares of me and walks me to the car and give instructions to my sister. Me personally I haven't have any issues, I'm satisfied with the service from everyone there.

Had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alicea, and it was amazing! Staff were kind and understanding as I was admittedly nervous, being supportive both before and after. I also felt comfortable knowing they could answer any questions I had, and helped me feel ready for recovery. The procedure itself was done quickly, and I overall had a great experience.

Horrible with insurance due to inability to properly communicate with insurance for four months i had to pay 800 out of pocket due to using a benny card ...front desk was rude and unhelpful Update: A second chance, that is hilarious. We have been in contact with the billing department and office numerous times over the last few months. To the point that the Benny Card had to be reimbursed before they had to report it to the IRS due to your company's inability to file paperwork correctly with one of the largest insurance companies Cigna. At thus point all we ask for is to please complete the insurance process correctly, train staff to do so, and train them to work on customer service rather than ignoring patients in the waiting room so they can get their Starbucks order correct and play on their phones. Thank-you for finally providing us a contact that might help us to get a partial solution, as that is all that is left at this point. We will be reaching out if we get another EOB that months later Cigna is still waiting on the correct information to be submitted by the provider (you). Will update if a solution is reached.

Great experience. My husband had extractions here before, so we came back for our two kids to have wisdom teeth removed. Came back for my own extraction. Great staff and doctor.
