First off, Dr. Graham and her staff are amazing! Unfortunately, today my schedule was altered so I had to take my 7 month old daughter with me to Dr. Grahams office for my yearly cleaning. The lady at the front desk, to the X-Ray lady, and Dr. Graham herself, they we're all very helpful in helping me get through the cleaning while watching my daughter. They did not have to do this and could have simply rescheduled me. Although Dr. Grahams office is not a daycare, they are very family friendly and I'm thankful to her and her staff.

Dr. Kerri is named correctly ... Karing...! She is the best ! Thanking her and her staff for their fine and caring work ! I'm ' white knuckling ' when I go to a dentist, she made me feel comfortable !

My puppy got a hold of my bottom denture and destroyed it on a Tuesday. I was recommended by a Friend and former employee of theirs. The went to work and I had my new denture on Wednesday afternoon. Fits better than my old ones and very affordable!! I would recommend them for sure! Now I can go on vacation on Monday as planned!!

Highly recommend this office to anyone! Dr. Graham is very caring and takes the time to discuss options available for treatment and the reason why it is needed. I have never felt pressured into making a decision or like they were just trying to get my money. In fact, when I first visited a few years ago I did not have insurance and the office really worked with me to provide what felt like a fair plan and discounted rates. I have always had a great experience from the time I walk in to when I walk out and am forever grateful for the change that Dr. Graham has made possible to my smile. I don't feel like I need to hide my smile anymore and am proudly able to show my new teeth with the bridgework she was able to do for me. The entire staff has been very pleasant and helpful each interaction I have had with them as well over the last few years!

Dr. Kerri Graham and entire staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Dr Graham is genuine, compassionate and gentle. I had a tooth extracted painlessly and was very comfortable and at ease. Before hand everything was explained in detail and I was given options with my treatment plan. It is a very professional and clean office. My husband and I are thankful that we found Dr. Graham and staff. A very Satisfied Patient. Thank You.

Dr. Kerri lost her hygienist over a year ago. We have been extremely patient with her firm. Today my husband was 10 minutes late to his appointment and they cancelled it and was told they could reschedule in October. Not speaking that the normal wait time in her office us 15 minutes or more. The staff is not current in processing claims, they expect payment vs. Calling and verifing the benefits so you always wind up eith a credit. . So very disappointed on her.. Do not waste your time on Ormond beach dental group. They are not very organized or professional. I made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning.Normally, the office would call me during the week to confirm my appointment. This time they didn't. I called them the week of the appointment and they said they weren't sure if they had the hygienist and we will call me. They never called me back so I decided to call them to confirm my appointment. They said no we had to cancel due to the hygienist not showing up for work and that I had to wait another two months. lol. In my opinion, They seem not to care about their patients at all due to not even bothering to call me to let me know about my appointment or somehow squeezing me in when they had a hygienist available.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The doctor denied me medication... she told me I need to get it on my own as if I was a doctor that could prescribe Valium... she denied me anesthetic for when she wanted to start drilling into my teeth then lastly, she hit something else in my mouth and I felt a shock of pain and when I started crying the doctor had swung her arms at me, threw her tools and told me that I need to get out and she can't work on me. Absolutely dreadful and painful. You don't treat someone who's 20 years old like that. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Don't be fooled by all of their fake smiles.

These people are running a racket on the phone and at 1st appointment they said they took Medicare and Medicaid. Then proceeded to charge me 100 dollars for nothing and NOW they say they don't take either..I am disabled and they are flippant and rude as they returned 35.00.but not the rest. Will be notifying B.B.B. AND ANYONE ELSE I CAN TO PREVENT THEM FROM CHEATING OTHERS!!!

Dr Graham is an excellent Dr but her staff is excellent also. Annette takes care of the patients that needed to have a denture made. She is a "huge" assest to this practise. Her caring attitude n wanting to make you as comfortable as possible is outstanding to say the least. She treats every patient with the best of care n won't have it any other way. up to a great practise. Everyone bends over backwards to make you feel comfortable. Give the practice a chance you won't be sorry.

I was introduced to Dr Grahams office by another dentists office who doesn't do dentures. I am so glad my nurse friend sent me to Dr Grahams office. Dr. Graham came in and introduced herself even though I only came in for impression and new dentures. ANNETTE my technician was the best. Took the time to make sure every fitting was perfect. Annette has compassion not only for her work but the patient also. I have a forever dental group right down to the front desk people (Page). Thank you Janet

This office is awesome. Dr Graham is the best dentist ever. She is very honest and made me feel very comfortable. She took the time to go over my x-rays and did a wonderful job examining my teeth and explained everything to me. Marylee (I'm sure I'm not spelling her name correctly so please forgive me) who is the hygienist was so kind and caring and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I cannot give enough praise for this office team. I had a wonderful experience.

I normally have a terrible time and dread going to the dentist, but they made it so easy and painless. Dr. Graham did a great job and I suggest choosing this dentistry.
