I went to Orlando Smiles almost 2 years ago in an emergency. The first few visits went well. Then unfortunately COVID set in and they were closed. Since then when they were reopen it has been anything but a good experience. Long story short it will be 2 years next month and I'm still waiting for a final impression to be done and get my permanent bridge! I had to pay everything up front which was not cheap! I was there right before Thanksgiving for a scheduled appointment...only the doctor was there. I told her how frustrating it was trying to finish up my work. She assured me there was no problem and she would call me the first week in December. It is now mid January and I have not heard from her. I have gone up to the office twice...it's in darkness. The receptionist next door said no one is ever there. When you call you get a recording saying voice mail is not set up. Anyone know how to get in touch with these people?

Ok I haven't even stepped into the office and already a bad impression. I called for information and that I needed help for a wisdom tooth removal and I just had a question the lady who answered said she will call back. Never did. I called and my call was actually forwarded to a full voice mail box. I called again and they ignored my call not even a ring. So thank you for showing me such poor customer service I can imagine how I will be treated if I actually had my wisdom tooth removed here.

I had went in for an extraction and the lady at the front I think her name is Stacy got me right. She informed me of all the costs that came with the procedure and fit me in to the busy schedule. So when I came in I was put into a room and the doctor came in and did the procedure. After she was done up the ladies at the front gave me instructions and told me to call if I had any problems. I had to come back a week later for post op and I was all good. Honestly the best experience at a dentist I ever had 11/5 stars

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE HERE. PAID OVER 3K FOR THE TREATMENT PLAN THEY RECOMMENDED AND NOW GOING ON 3 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY FOLLOW UP CALLS OR APPOINTMENT TO ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE STAFF IS GREAT WHEN YOU ACTUALLY GET IN. I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK SINCE THEY DONT ANSWER I MIGHT AS WELL SAY IT HERE. MAYBE ILL GET THE CALL BACK

An excellent dentist. Perhaps the best. Dr. Ahmad studied my teeth and taught me about them. His enthusiasm is so positive. I had a situation with a missing tooth, root canals, and a crown. He considered so many factors that I had no doubt he'd do an excellent job.

Drove an hour just to find the place closed and locked. Worst is I called the night before for an appointment at 9pm 11/29/19. Girl had horrible customer service skills, unhelpful, and gave me an appointment for 11:30am on 11/30/19 when they were closed. Website says 24/7; it's wrong, not true. If you call, CONFIRM that they are open. Don't know how the actual dentistry is, so I gave it 2 stars.

My 93 year old father broke his dentures. Orlando Smiles gave us an immediate appointment; had the dentures repaired within 24 hours. The staff members are friendly, professional and efficient.

Needed emergency dental care. I broke a tooth and was in severe pain. I was very pleased that they took me in within an hour of calling them. I reqired a root canal and a build up of the tooth so that when I get back to Canada my own dentist would be semi prepped for a crown install. Dentist was very careful because of the high pain level and the procedure went extremely well. Thank you Orlando Smiles. Highly reccomend their sevices.

Called and made an appointment for the same day. Charged me $100 extra stating it was an emergency visit because I made the appointment the same day. Called them on it after insurance would not cover the $100. Told them and they said they were busy and had to fit me in. Was there 2 1/2 hours and 3 people came in for appointments. Watch it they will scam you for an extra hundred if you are not careful.
