Dr. Hazan was AMAZING! Professional. Kind. Efficient. And thorough. I was looking to get in & out quickly for a Lazer Teeth Whitening session. My local dentist in Baldwin Park couldn't get me in until almost November... I used a Google Search intending to spend hours calling down the list to find someone who could get me in sooner (hopefully before September). When Dr. Hazan answered and said "How about this Friday at 10:00 AM" I was blown away! I know how rare this level of service is. It's not often a high demand professional can be so accommodating. When I arrived his surgical assistant Della checked me in. As a first time patient to their office, I found the paperwork to be surprisingly simple & easy. Taking seconds. Not minutes. Once complete & paid for I was seated in a comfortable chair staring into peaceful water views of heavenly European vacation destinations, while enjoying friendly conversation & attentive care. I liked their services so much I brought my 16 year old daughter in for a tooth extraction the following week. Martin Orthodontics was able to email over her X-rays and we enjoyed another efficient & friendly visit. Now we are both smiling bigger & brighter thanks to their care! Thank you Dr. David Hazan & Team at Maitland Square Dentistry. We truly appreciate you & your professional service!

Don't go. Wouldn't recommend. Charged me for an exam to then tell me how much he was charging me. When I needed medication for pain he said I don't need it. His own words you are not there yet. Horrible experience. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR RUN AWAY.

Dr Hazan and his staff are very professional, thorough and pleasant. I have been a patient for many years and he is the only one who I want to do my dental work.

My Girlfriend Was Told procedure would be done under a Local .......That didn't Happen.....Much, Much PAIN....BUT DENTAL INSURANCE WAS CHARGED FOR WORK NOT DONE..... Tooth was Not Fixed, and Dry Socket.....Second Trip and Had to Finance Work ...!!! And just found out they Stole Money from Banking Account ....! I had used my Debit card for a Office visit one time.......AND THEY USED MY ACCOUNT INFO TO STEAL FROM ME !!!!!!! Run, don`t Walk from this PLACE...!!

Wow! Who would have thunk it. Recently moved to Florida and haven't had time to get a Dentist. As luck would have it, a molar had an abscess causing unbearable pain. It was a Sunday, on Labor Day weekend. Called a number of Dentists, who claimed to have emergency services, however, no luck, unless you are already a patient. THEN, I called Dr. David Hazan's office and he saw me within an hour, on a Sunday. He provided me with immediate relief. He not only has a great touch, but performs General Dentistry & Dental Implants. He does it ALL! He will now be my Highly Skilled One-Stop Dentist. Charged $2500 for a root canal, which I learned quickly after that it was 3x the normal amount. ONLY to find out 4mo later that they didn't do it right and I had to have it done AGAIN. FRAUD, FRAUD and FRAUD. DO NOT GO THERE!

one star is even too much to give these people!services here are nothing remotely close to professional. they are frauds. ive never been to a dentist office where there is only one person who does it all. teeth work is a hack job dr hazen is a FRAUD he does not care about you as a patient he just see's you as a walking ATM along with his fake dental assistant. she is not pleasant, has major attitude. work here is rushed went in with one problem had to find a new location to fix what he was supposed to fix which caused more issues.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST HAS MAJOR ATTITUDE. TEND TO UPCHARGE AND CHANGE PRICES TO ENSURE YOU PAY MORE FOR SUCH POOR QUALITY SERVICE. BOTH DENTIST AND EMPLOYEE LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DRUG ABUSERS.

Charged me 65.00 to tell me what I already knew in Dec 2018 then charged my card AGAIN in March 2019 . 84.50. But i only went once in Dec and never. I mean never had any work done. They are the WORSE!! Thinking seriously about filing fraud charges!! Also I now know why they hide behind remote controlled locked door never seen an Dentist receptionist locked up away from waiting room before. But it all makes sense now !! Scammers!!
