I cannot express how happy i am with the experience I had at Orlando Oral and Facial Surgery. Dr. True was professional, informative, and skilled. The day after my extraction I had no pain and minimal swelling. I hooe i dont need another extraction , but if I do, i will be back.

I had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment quickly. I received professional friendly help from everyone in the office. I'm looking forward to the dental surgery if that is actually possible! Highly recommend them for any and all in need of oral surgery.

Dr True and his staff were just amazing. I'm a bad dentistry patient from 50 yrs ago. I had an accident and it involved my 2 front teeth. He explains thoroughly all options and his staff is kind and considerate. Sedation was easy and effective. I highly recommend this practice and Dr True

Dr kimyar did a horrible job. Cut away the gum on my lower left side so there was an immediate dry socket + the pain of having gum literally removed. The outside of my left lip was clearly stretched too far and slightly ripped. It's day 7 and still no recovery on the left side. The entire experience was horrible. They didn't even have my name correct on the paperwork.

Dr Campbell and the entire staff there are PHENOMENAL. I was very nervous and they were amazing. Through the consultation to the actual surgery. Everything was very detailed and laid out perfectly. Dr Campbell really cares about the well-being of his patients. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed And All I remember is being sedated and being walked out to the car. The most comfortable experience I've ever had. They gave my mom all the information we could need and helped her to care for me after. Dr Campbell is very thorough and detailed and I appreciate that in a surgeon . It's not even been 24 hrs yet and following the medicine schedule they sent me home with I'm in little to no pain. I even got a check up text! Definitely referring them anytime I'm asked! If I ever have to have anything done in the future my first call will be to them! I hope everyone at that office receives huge blessings God bless you all.

I have mobility issues because of a spinal injury and there is no handicap parking near the front entrance. The handicap parking is on the other side of the building necessitating a long walk, about 50 feet, back to the entrance. To be fair, the office staff did try to help by opening a back door and providing a wheelchair. I prefer to use my rollator which is easier for me to use provided I don't have to walk more than a few feet at a time. I can stand to my feet easier from the rollator than a wheelchair. I don't understand businesses that allocate handicap spaces so far from the entrance, which defeats the purpose. These decisions are made without any real thought about safety and functionality.

DR GIGLOU AND SHANNON DID MAGIC! ZERO PAIN IN THE EXTRACTION OF MY WISDOM TOOTH. I was nervous with my eyes closed during the procedure, and could't believe when Dr. Giglou said the tooth was extracted already. NO PAIN AT ALL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Today I had a bone graft done by Dr Campbell. The process was very quick and so far, almost painless. Dr Campbell and his staff was so helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and well informed. I probably should add I'm a big whimp when it comes to the dentist! Overall I don't have any complaints. Thank you Dr Campbell and staff

In fairness to your practice regarding this review, I acknowledge that I was worked in because of an emergency surgery with my husband next week and I need to be his caregiver. I was told my appointment was 10:30 AM but to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 10:00. At 11:30 I was taken back to surgery room. I was extremely anxious because my husband wanted me to just have a local due to cost of being anesthetized. Dr. Campbell suggested that too. The longer I waited, the more anxious I became.I believe he finally came in about 12:00 PM or later. By the time the nurse took my bp, it was over 200 and i was having chest pains, my jaw ached and I had a headache. They waited until my bp dropped and then pulled my 2 teeth. No one ever apologized for my long wait. When I was dismissed to front counter, the receptionist was loudly discussing our charges. I was so undone, i went to the car to wait. I'm convinced I was on the verge of a heart episode as I've learned what the signs are. My anxiety was almost totally due to the length of time I had to wait. We have had 2 positive experiences with Orlando Oral but I will never allow this particular doctor to treat me again. I am convinced I was close to having a heart attack. and I felt no one cared. I would give zero stars if possible. I went here as a follow up from an ER visit from a fall that caused a facial fracture. The doctor looked at my face and said I should heal fine. He never even looked at my CAT scan. He was told that my eye muscle was stuck in the fracture from the ER staff. I had to get a second opinion. I had immediate surgery to restructure my orbital socket and release my eye muscle. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion, I would have permanent eye damage. They are still charging me for looking at my face and saying I'll be fine. I should be getting a lawyer.
