Scammers. I am not one to leave a bad review, but my teeth have now been permanently damaged because of this facility. I first came here for an emergency root canal and felt they did a great job. However, when I came back for a cleaning I got a different doctor and he told me I had 12 cavities. I had only ever had maybe 3 in my life. Because of the fear of them telling me my teeth were basically rotting out of my mouth I went forward with most of them. Until after 9 they said I would now need crowns. I decided to get a second and third opinion and they were shocked and said DO NOT GET A CROWN. That my teeth this doctor was telling me to get crowns on didn't even have cavities. With all the fillings they did they used up my years worth of insurance coverage in three months, and I paid thousands out of pocket for the rest. I should've gotten a second opinion earlier, and that is my fault. PLEASE be aware.

If I were you I would turn away and run, not walk away ,from Orlando Dental centers. After pulling my teeth and getting dentures, when I called to get an adjustment, I was told ONLY the doctor who worked on me would be able to do an adjustment. Since I have a sore spot starting I couldn't wait for 8 or 9 days for a minor adjustment. Since the doctor is leaving his hours are limited. I guess it doesn't matter now since they've gotten paid already. Just a thought...when he leaves who would I see?

This is an unfortunate experience. I picked this place when a piece of my tooth broke based on positive reviews but I just had a very bad experience here. They started a root canal on my tooth in two appointments. After first appointment i had a lot of discomfort and pain for 5 days. When i came in for my second, they gave me an anesthetic, took out my temporary filling and after I expressed that i was still feeling some pain inside the tooth, the doctor just stood up, informed me that I am making him anxious and told me he will refer me to a specialist. After what he just walked out of the room. I was honestly stunned. Not only did i take the time off work to come in to finish my root canal, but I also arranged for the childcare for this appointment. He also left me hanging in pain for the long memorial day weekend. My conclusion: it is unprofessional and uncalled for to treat patients this way no matter the situation with their tooth. If he is anxious, he should imagine how anxious I was feeling in his chair as a patient. I am now stuck for the long weekend without an appointment in sight.

I found my new dentist! The front desk was very kind and the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and skilled in cleaning your teeth . Not to mention the chairs have a massage feature . Great experience !

Doc is great. I was very satisfied with my first appointment, but I am really not happy updating my previous November review with all details. Update The lady in billing and dealing with insurance has been a nightmare. I pre paid $1,300 plus had $1,500 yearly limit thru Cigna insurance I had a polp clean out $425 in Nov My insurance went into affect 1/1/22 Had root canal 1/4/22 insurance told me exact contracted amounts and they pay 80% So $925-80% my 20%=$227 for me to pay for root canal Build up the insurance contract rate $227 they pay 50% my 50% is $113.50+$50 deductible Crown contracted rate $954 they pay 50% My amount rounded up $480 My amounts are as follows: $425 before ins $227 20% of root canal $50 deductible $113.50 build up $480 crown Cleaning and X rays contracted amount $300 they pay 100% twice a year. $1,595 Total. Again I paid $1,300 in advance on care credit My ins max per year is $1,500 This is not hard math to understand & I had nothing else done but I'm told I will still owe $200-$300 more to have the crown placed. I've discussed this 3 or more times with who handles the billing and we are clearly still not on the same page. I will be contacting my insurance for the 4th time to discuss these details again.

Throughout many years of going to the dentist, I have to admit that this is the absolute BEST experience I've been fortunate to reap a plethora of benefits from. Everyone is helpful, caring, professional, knowledgeable, informative and simply amazing.. Front desk is courteous, personable, friendly and patient.... Holly is a remarkable hygienist and feel so lucky to have found her and Orlando Dental Center!
