Had a consultation for a Dental implant procedure this Wednesday at Dr. Marcano's practice, The Orlando Center For Cosmetic Dentistry. First off I want to say that the staff is very professional and kind. I thought that I was just going to go over the dental implant procedure and have to schedule multiple visits for my dental implant, but left with my dental implant the same day within just a little over an hour and a half! The procedure was Totally painless and Dr. Marcanos a True Professional at his craft! I couldn't believe how efficient the procedure was. The "Ultratooth" process was Totally worth it! The technological advancements that Mr. Marcano has at his disposal is Top Of The Line in the Industry. I will recommend his practice to Anyone in need of Truly painless Dental care! Dr Marcano and his staff have been taking good care of me for years. The atmosphere is friendly and unhurried.The latest treatments are available and knowledgeably applied. You feel you are in good hands. Whatever problems you have Dr Marcano will work with you. If you have never been there check it out!

Staff is attentive and great (admin, dental assist./techs, and Doctor)! The dental assist. and dentist is upfront and truthful about recommendations and what's needed for you. Dr. Marcano doesn't try to take advantage of your funds. Been going here for at least 10yrs and love it! My child started a yr ago.
