Dr. Patricia Roach earned a degree in dentistry from the Cayetano Heredia University Dental School in Lima, Peru. During her time at the university, she was recognized for her outstanding efforts and awarded high honors for her work with dental research and materials. Dr. Roach later went on to educate as an assistant professor of operative dentistry and dental materials for the dental school and adjunct professor of microbiology for the medical school.
1 Year: University of Maryland, Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Microbiology Fellowship 3 Years: University of Rochester, Advanced Education in General Dentistry 2 Years: University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital, General Practice Residency Chief Resident.
The pace of scientific and technological advances in dentistry constantly increases, and over her 25 years of experience, Dr. Roach has understood the value and importance of postdoctoral education and training.
She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Aesthetic Dentistry at Kings College London, which has the exceptional ranking as the number 1 university dental school in the world according to the 2020 QS World University Rankings.

Mandy's passion has been dentistry for the past 20 years. She has had the privilege of working with the best dentists in the world with Dr. Roach being at the top. Coming to the office everyday is an awesome feeling for her especially knowing that Dr Roach and the staff are doing exceptional dentistry and giving 110%. Seeing a patient's life changed through a smile that she played a part in is the best feeling for her. Mandy loves using her talent in artistry by creating, custom staining or re-contouring a restoration to put the final touches on a beautiful smile. She takes great pride in working side by side Dr. Roach and the team to make every patient feel like their experience at Orlando Advanced Dentists is remarkable. Outside of dentistry she enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful daughters.
We welcome Arlene to Orlando Advanced Dentists. With a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism administration, she brings more than 20 years of customer service to our team. Arlene is responsible for day-to-day patient care and enjoys assisting Dr. Roach in the performance of root canals and surgical procedures. Her cheerful demeanor and positive mindset are immense assets to our team. When she is away from the office, Arlene enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and her two teenage children.
Arika has been practicing dental hygiene for 14 years. She prides herself on providing thorough but very gentle dental cleanings, as well as educating her patients to create a healthy mouth and life style. Building a trusting relationship with her patients is highly important to her and the rest of our staff. Arika has two precious children and enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, boating and spending time at the race track.

My family has been going to this dental office for more than 15 years. The care is the most excellent I have ever received in my six decades of going to the dentist. The results of work done on my teeth have been excellent. Friendly, competent, and caring staff are the icing on the cake!!

My family have been patients of Orlando Advanced Dentists for many years. Dr. Roach is the best. She is very caring and knowledgeable. My wife and I trust her completely with all of our dental care. The office staff is great and Arika is an excellent hygienist.

Even though OAD is out of network I will forever call this my home dentist Patricia is an amazing dentist! I love that they have an all female staff!! I had dental work done a few years back at Williston dental and had terrible service. Patricia has had to redo multiple fillings and has made the procedure absolutely painless, without anesthesia! I have had a fear of dentists and now that fear is gone :) I always know I am in great hands with OAD! I can't recommend them enough :)

Dr. Roach and her staff are wonderful. I have always been terrified of the dentist, especially when anything over the average cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, I knew I was in need of some serious dental work a couple years ago. I have not had good experiences with dentists in the past, so I asked around for recommendations. My sister-in-law recommended Dr. Roach and I could not be more grateful. I spent about a total of 15-20 hours in her dental chair over the last 18 months, which were by far the most pleasant hours I have EVER spent at the dentist. She is very kind, professional and makes sure you are comfortable and pain-free the entire time. I now have a healthy set of teeth and stay on top of my cleanings to keep it that way. Highly recommend Dr. Roach.

Orlando Advanced Dentists is a TOP-notch practice! Dr. Roach, Erica & Mandy all work hard to make your experience as pleasant as possible! I have had a long history of fairly extensive dental work, and in the past, I have had lots of anxiety about going to the dentist, however, Dr. Roach & team have a gentle approach and give you the time you need to get the perfect results! I would recommend this practice to anyone, and especially if you've had a bad experience in the past! Orlando Advanced Dentists is the BEST!

This was my first time here and the first bad thing was how the skinny assistant laid my id and insurance card on the counter after I placed it in her hand and was ask to take a seat and fill out paperwork then The owner which is a dentist was very rude and I think due to me being an African American she didn't try to talk to me about my teeth stayed in the room for like 5 mins then had the nerve to make an very insulting remark about my teeth ......but once one of her own kind came in it was a different story ..... .... But never again!!!!! The assistant was very patient and very sweet as well as answering all the questions that the dentist SHOULD'VE answered but these reviews must be from the family family because she's not professional at all thank you but no thank you

Dr. Roach is the most amazing dentist. She is so warm and kind with amazing chair side manners. Incredibly gentle and extremely knowledgeable and truly master of her craft as well as attention to detail. Real quality work ! The office is immaculate and beautiful. The ladies in the office are just as incredible. Mandy, Arlene and Arika are always professional and caring and just as lovely and knowledgeable. Hands down best experience !

Dr Roach and her staff are amazing! I went here today for that first time. Was late for my dental cleaning for two months and I need to have a new dentist like right now. My orthodontist referred me Dr. Roach. Although It's out of network for my insurance, I'm glad that I chose here. The service is great and Dr. Roach is very professional. Worth the money!
