This place is horrible with trying to just schedule an appointment. I called them mid August to schedule an appointment and after calling several times they told me I had an appointment for October 7th, but I would need to call back in early September. The reason they stated I would need to call back in September is because I must set them as my primary dentist with my insurance company and it takes a month for that to register. The young lady said they will be able to confirm my appointment when I called in September. Well...I called the other day (In September) and after getting their voicemail several times, I spoke with a young lady and explained I was calling to confirm my appointment for October 7th. She proceeded by saying I didn't have an appointment scheduled because their policy is not to schedule an appointment until the patient shows up on their insurance roster. (I guess I just pulled October 7th at 11 AM out of my imaginary magic hat! ) I explained to her that is not what was told to me before and I would like to schedule a new appointment. She then stated they do not have the new insurance roster and will call me back on that same day to schedule an appointment. I explained to her that I can see their office as my primary dentist in my profile on the insurance carriers' website. No one ever called me back on that day. I then called back today to try and schedule an appointment and was told they are still waiting on the insurance roster. Considering they had to schedule my appointment a month out before, I explained that I really need to schedule an appointment before December because I have plans. The young lady puts the same Manager on the phone and she tells me she will call me back today. She stated she would call the insurance company to get the new roster faxed. I called at 10 AM this morning. It is now close to 5 PM and still no call back. I have since called another dentist and was able to switch them to my primary dentist on the insurance carrier's website and schedule an appointment. This new dentist was able to log into the insurance portal and verify everything. The new dentist is much more professional and I'm now happy that I wasn't able to schedule with Orland Elite Dental. Keep up with technology to improve your customer service. No one is calling and waiting on fax machines anymore. Your poor customer service is a reflection of your business as a whole. If you tell a customer you will call them back on a certain day, make sure you call them back with an update even if you're still working on it. I would not recommend this place. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Thanks, but no thanks!

I made an emergency appointment and spoke with this office 3 times. They told me I had to wait close to a month to see the dentist. I call to verify my appointment and they had no record of it. It's very unfortunate because I really liked the dentist, but I won't be back.

They don't really listen to patients. I went there based on the recommendations of a friend and I wish I hadn't. 2 years ago I went for a checkup and because I had a mild toothache. When the doctor checked he laughed at me saying there was nothing there. Months later and because I still had that pain I called and scheduled another appointment but with different dentist. She said there is cavity and fixed it but because it was too deep I may need a root canal after. Months later I started having nerve pain. Went back again, referred to a specialist, did the root canal. Waited for Months to Months for a follow up visit which I specifically told them that follow up was for the crown only to book it as a routine visit. Fill the tooth with a temporary filling sending me back home for 2 more months and advising me not to eat on that side because they need to confirm with insurance that the crown is covered by it. Waiting for Months. Calling again and again to be yelled at by the receptionist who kept saying they haven't received anything from insurance even when I told her I called the insurance and they said they sent it. Turns out, they lost the document received from insurance AND she was looking at the wrong portal if you think this is the end its not. Went for an appointment in 06/22, advised by the dentist to go back to specialist which what I did. I had the root canal in 01/22. It's August and I'm still trying to get the crown done.... called today they say the earliest appointment is in October.

Good staff, hard to get scheduling, phone call does not get to be answered easily so try several times different days, fully booked for July, clean teeth properly, cavity treatment for my daughter was painful that she cried.I know good lidocaine can help numb it.

Office is not entirely clean it you really look. Appears to be clean at first when you walk in, but the corners of the floor, and baseboards are disgusting. Team members are nice. Dentist is nice, however on two occasions my kids were screwed over. Went in for a 6 month for one of my kids. Teeth were cleaned but my child as the dentist would say " She has a small cavity. No point in filling it. It's smaller than the Instrument I'm using. It will calcify". 2 months later my child has to remove her tooth because the cavity became too big and then infected. Fast forward to child number 2. Same story. Same pitch. "Cavity just formed. It's Too small. Instrument will only let it get bigger. It will calcify." 3 months later, tooth has gotten worse. Now a root canal has to be preformed. Definitely not going back to him! Be aware if you're getting this pitch. He doesn't do fillings for kids because he "doesn't want to traumatize them". Well buddy, it's worse going through a root canal than a regular filling. Thanks for nothing!

Orland Elite Dental is the first office I've had a wonderful experience with. Very beautiful office, very clean! Kind dentists and dental assistants. Teams are very professional and informative. Very positive vibe. Would highly recommend.

The dentist himself was nice and talkative. The front desk was great. Length of time was decent. I had a crown put in by him. I went there to get it put on and they molded it wrong. So I had to show up again and he made a face as if the crown still didn't fit but he just went for it. It 7 months later I still have pain and issues with this crown/tooth.. and other cavities I had filled in I feel like the cavities are coming back. I had public aid at the time and I feel like with public aid you don't always get the best treatment and they use cheaper quality. :/
