THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They had to fix my cavity twice within 3 weeks and went today for the 3rd time with the OWNER this time and waited 45 minutes just to let me know it will be another 20 minutes. I had to pick my kids up by that time. Then after I confirmed that I can come back later today that was fine only to get a call to say, I think you should see the original doctor, what after she messed up twice . They will never get me business again. BEWARE

There very rude make up there own rules wouldnt let me go to the location in orland park because i was diagnosed in worth after i cancelled the app cause of this matter they hung up on me the need to learn customer service i wouldnt go here if it was the last place on earth there so ridiculous

Orland Advanced Dentistry Worth is THE worst dentistry clinic. They trick they're customers into paying fees they did not know were included. They treat their customers with disrespect. My complaint is not the first one. Many other customers on the internet have talked about the terrible experience they've had at Orland Advanced clinic.

Such a great experience! Went in to have a tooth pulled, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Wonderful staff, couldn't be more pleased!

I never write reviews, that's how you know it's bad. I went for a cleaning last week and expressed concern towards the pain between my newfound gap by my back molars. He barely checked and said "no cavities" after my quick cleaning (this is a lie). Waiting is unbelievable. I waited for nearly an hour past my scheduled time. I went to a new dentist (out of pocket) for a second opinion. Her technology was much better and she found three cavities (two in the early stages and one is already a hole). WITH PICTURES. How could he have not found this? I'm unbelievably disappointed and will NEVER be returning here again.

Usually have no problems here but this time I had a dentist who just picked at my teeth for a minute or two and that was the extent of my "cleaning." This is not right. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new dentist office.

This is my first visit, when I called the receptionist was very nice, she allowed me to come in to be seen even though I didn't have an appointment, the facility was clean with hand sanitizer for our use. She told me a little about the owner who had entered and spoke with a smile, he was very friendly, the energy was great. They allowed me to do a payment plan for what my insurance doesn't cover. I am glad I found this place and I will refer them to others. For me, when I'm new to a place, I check for cleanliness, professionalism, and how I am valued, they passed all 3 of these for me. I wrote this a while ago and since then have been back several times. My dentist ( female ) is cool. My daughter went today 8 20 22 and had a male dentist that was very rude to her, she said he was very sarcastic and didn't give her a welcoming experience. Sad thing is, I referred her.Will she go back, no. Will she refer them? No. My experience was fine because my dentist showed that she cared about my concern. The thing about companies now adays is that all consumers have to do is be honest about their experience and share it for the world to see. This may be good or bad for the business so companies should be aware to treat their customers right. I read reviews before I go to any restaurant, doctor, or anywhere then decide if I want to go or not. If she was the type to create a video about her experience and about how sarcastic the dentist was, this would definitely hurt their business. For me, I'm willing to continue going, if I ever feel rushed or mistreated I will post about it.
